RESPONSIBILITIES职责: 
• Assists to ensure that the credit activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
协助确保所有信贷工作符合酒店经营方针,酒店的规章得到恰当的实施。
• Ensures that an efficient and accurate filing system, both manually as well as electronically is maintained at all times.
确保始终保持一个高效准确的电子及传统的档案系统。
• Maintains a complete alphabetical credit file for each account containing all documentation related to the credit research.
保持一个完整的按字母的顺序表的排列的信贷文件,每一个信贷文件都应有相应的信贷调查的相关资料。
• Maintains separate updated alphabetical listings of approved credit account holders and non-approved applications, and to circulate these listings to concerned departments.
保持并及时更新信贷持有者的账户清单和没有被批准的信贷申请,将这些清单及时分发或传阅给相关的部门。
• Maintains ongoing detailed documentation of all collection efforts by account for future analysis of a customer’s credit worthiness and to serve as support in the event of a bad debt write-off.
按账号保持所收集到的所有的详细客户资料,以便对以后的客户的信贷价值和他们的坏账进行评估时使用。
• Ensures that all employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
确保所有员工遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。
• Ensures that employees also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.

• Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

• Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.

• Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

• Assistant Credit Manager to direct and coordinates activities or works engaged in conducting credit investigations and collecting delinquent accounts of customers.
协助信贷经理指导并协调各项与信用调查及回收拖欠账款等相关的工作。
• Assists Credit Manager to assigns responsibility for investigating and verifying financial status and reputation of prospective customers applying for credit, preparing documents to substantiate findings, and recommending rejection or approval of applications.
协助信贷经理分配工作职责,包括对申请信用额度的潜在用户展开信用调查及财务信誉状况确认等,准备相关支持文件,并提出批准或拒绝申请的意见。
• Assists the Asst. Financial Controller in the investigation of fraud cases and assists to liaise on any possible legal action on collection for worthless checks and delinquent bills.
协助信贷经理调查欺诈行为,针对无法兑现的支票及恶意拖欠的帐单,联络/安排任何有可能采取的法律行动。
• Assistant Credit Manager to establish credit limitations on customer account.
协助信贷经理建立各个客户的信用额度。
• Audits delinquent accounts considered to be uncollectible to ensure maximum efforts have been taken before assigning bad debt status to account.
对被确认为无法收回的帐款进行审计,并确保已经尽最大努力进行催收,仍然无法收回时,才可将帐款确认为坏账。
• Coordinates with others, including personnel in company branches and credit card companies, to exchange information and update controls.
与其他人员沟通,包括分公司人员及信用卡公司,交换信息,并提高监控。
• Assistant Credit Manager to analyse trends in Accounts Receivable balances or significant changes in payment patterns and to recap major collection problems for the General Manager’s monthly credit meetings.
协助信贷经理对应收账款的余额及付款方式的显著变化进行趋势分析,并在月度信贷会上向总经理重述账款回收中的主要问题。
• Assists in the recruitment and selection of all Finance employees.  Ensures that hotel guidelines are adhered when recruiting and use a competency-based approach to selecting employees.
协助财务部雇员的招聘和选拔,在招聘员工时,确保酒店的指导被严格坚持,按照一个基本的素能的原则选拔员工。
• To train all involved employees such as Front Office Clerks and Food & Beverage Waiter/Cashiers to ensure continued adherence to established credit procedures.
对所有相关的人员进行培训,如前台、餐饮服务员/出纳等,以确保员工严格遵守酒店的信用政策。
• To assist in the training of subordinate as part of the effort to build an efficient team and to be able to take an active interest in their individual development and welfare.
协助培训下属,以提高整体团队的工作效率,关注员工的个人发展及福利。


SPECIFICATIONS资质: 
• University graduate
  大学文凭
• Well versed in the use of the computer
熟练操作电脑
• Have working experience at least 2 years
需要至少两年的工作经验
• Proficient in the English language and translation skills of English & Chinese
 精通英语,熟练进行中英文互译
