  • To have a complete understanding of the Conrad Team member handbook.

完全理解康莱德员工手册的内容。

To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.

全面理解并遵守酒店政策及消防、卫生、健康和安全。

To be fully familiar with Conrad brand value and core competencies and follow these standards of service as they apply to the Spa department.

充分熟悉并掌握康莱德酒店的品牌理念和核心价值,遵循这些服务标准并运用到Spa部门。

To report to work,punctually, wearing uniform and name tag at all time.

报告工作,守时,上班时穿着制服并佩戴名牌。

To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all time by adhering to the Conrad grooming standard.

保持高标准的个人形象和卫生,随时遵循康莱德的仪容仪表。

To have a proper body gestures and oral expression at all time

To follow Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) at all time.

To report any suspicious looking persons or packages that are delivered, dumped or found in the hotel to the supervisor or security.

To keep himself/ herself up to date on the knowledge of the hotel facilities, products and service on offer.

To report any maintenance issues to the Supervisor or Spa Manager to ensure a smooth operation. 及时向经理或主管报告任何的维修保养问题确保运营平稳。To keep himself / herself      up to date with the Satisfaction and Loyalty Tracking (SALT) and seek to positively increase these result.

To provide courteous, efficient and professional service at all times.

To notify Spa manager immediately for any guest complaint, as well as taking ownership on guest inquiry.

To coordinate with Spa Reception to ensure a smooth booking procedure.

16.  Follow property specific procedures for handling emergency situations (e .g;evacuations,medical emergencies,natural disasters) .

17.  Follow policies and procedures for the safe operation and storage of tools,equipment,and machines.

根据酒店的安全规章制度, 保障各仓库安全洁净.

18.  Maintain awareness of undesirable personal on property premises.

保持强烈的对客人个人财产的维护.

19.  Use proper equipment,wear appropriate personal protective clothing (PPE) ,and employ correct lifting procedures,as necessary,to avoid injury. 

安全的着装来避免损伤.

20.  Follow Hazardous Material Management Program procedures for handling and disposing of chemicals ,fertilizer ,pesticides,blood borne pathogens ,etc;including using Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) .

Sells hotel facility and service by talking to guest about hotel facilities and events.

To actively sell and up sell the appropriate Spa, retail, and fitness services to the guests with a thorough knowledge of the retail product sold in Spa.

Any other task as requested by our guests, supervisor or management of the hotel.

10.  Conduct inventory of supplies,materials,and equipment and inform supervisor/manager of low supply items.

SPECIFICATIONS资质:     

 

·        Chinese中文

·        Basic English 基础英语

·        At least middle school graduate中学学历以上

·        Recognized qualification in a Beauty Therapy or Massage Course 认可的美容证书

·        2 years of experience at 5 stars hotel 2年以上5星级工作经验
