- Receives turnover documentation, ensures that information is accurate and that appropriate space is secured.
- 当收到合同后，检查并确保所有的信息准确无误
- To receive inquiry for pop up functions by telephone and walk-in guest.
- 接受客人关于宴会信息的询问和接待来店客人。
- To transmit all information to Event Director of all on-going correspondence with clients, regarding possibility of a function.
- 将关于会议的所有相关信息传送给宴会统筹总监，做好和客人的协调，注意宴会当中的可能的突发情况。
- To assess the physical requirements of the proposed function and/or groups (number of pax, time, and type of function) and reserve an appropriate venue for the client in the banquet reservation book and appropriate sleeping rooms in the hotel.
- 确认宴会或团队有形的需求，如人数，时间和宴会形式。同时为客人在宴会厅预留一个适当的场地，在酒店里预留相应的客房。
- To discuss with the clients further details pertaining to an event and/or group stay, menu, beverage, budget, miscellaneous arrangements, room types, benefits, etc.
- 与客人讨论会议或团队的附属的相应细节，如菜单，饮料，预算，杂项的安排，房型等。
- To follow up with clients based on the signed contract and finalize all the arrangements.
- 在合同签订的条件下，跟进会议的进行以及做好会议前的最后确认.
- Forecasts group blocks and food and beverage projections.
- 预报团队的房间预订和餐饮的目标。
- Conducts post-event follow up meeting with customer in person or by telephone. Completes post event critique and shares with sales person. Reviews invoice for accuracy. Sends joint thank you letter with Meeting Planner Survey to customer.
- 在宴会结束后通过电话了解客人对宴会的评价，将信息回馈给销售部得体同事，将感谢信发给客人。
