Responsibilities岗位职责:

Drive engagement and build positive communities, driving added value to the consumer experience
积极参与建设社区，增强消费者体验。
Collaborate with Planning & Brand leads and partners to create original branded content for communities
与策划者&品牌领导者以及合作伙伴为社区创造品牌内容。
Develop and maintain weekly Content Calendars for each social community, including Weibo, WeChat, facebook, Instagram, twitter, youku, QQ, etc where appropriate
每周及时更新社交媒体内容，包括微博，微信，Facebook,Instagram,Twitter,优酷，QQ等等。
Post relevant content in accordance with Content Calendar
按计划发布相关文章。
Manage the official and we media, make the original content more attractive.
运营官方及非官方自媒体，提升原创内容的吸引力
Leverage social listening tools to monitor dialogue and feedback in social media, analyze and make actionable recommendations.
利用社交工具监测社交媒体的沟通与反馈内容，对其进行分析以及提供可行性建议。
Reply guest review timely and properly in all social media channels incl. hotel official website, tripadvisor, dianping, ctrip, expedia, booking.com, flytea, etc to ensure hotel ranking on the top tier
及时有效回复客人评论，包括酒店官方网站，社交网站如猫途鹰tripadvisor，携程，大众点评，Expedia，飞客茶馆，booking.com等，增强客户体验
Requirements任职资格:

Keen on social media especially wechat and weibo; good written skill in both Chinese and English
熟悉社交媒体，尤其是微信和微博，良好的中英文写作能力。
Detail-oriented, patient, independent and responsible for work
对待工作注重细节，有耐心，独立，责任心强。
Good at communication, time management and execution

University degree holder or equivalent at Communications, Marketing or IT, an ideally Planner should have at least 1 year planning experience in related company
