-       Restaurant service according to the restaurant quality and service standards
根据餐厅的质量和服务标准进行用餐服务。
-      Offering a high standard of customer service to match the high standard of our reputation
提供一份和餐厅高品质高信誉匹配的高标准客户服务。
-      Increasing sales at all opportunities through suggestive selling of the enviroment
通过各种建设性的销售环境增加销售额。
-      Safety and cleanliness of front of the wine cellar and the Restaurant  areas
确保酒窖和餐厅区域的安全和卫生。
-      Creating a harmonious environment amongst all staff within the restaurant
在餐厅所有员工中创造一个和谐的环境。
-      Participating in training activities trying to involve the members of the Team
努力让所有团队队员来参加各种培训活动。
 
Main duties and responsibilities:
 
-      Meet, greet, seat and farewell customers at the restaurant 
迎接客人，安排座位和与客告别。
-      Welcome customers, suggesting dishes according to thei likes : upselling !!!
恭迎顾客，根据他们的喜好来推荐菜品。
-      Handle complaints according to guidelines and in a way that leaves customers satisfied and impressed
根据公司规定来解决客人的投诉，让客人感到满意并留下一个良好的印象。
-      Promote the restaurant and function services to potential clients
改善餐厅的服务来挖掘潜在的客户
-      Maintain hygienic food handling practices and cleanliness 
保持食物处理安全卫生。
