§  Do monthly inventory of Chinaware Glassware and cutlery together with the restaurant staff

§  Keep constant contact with the chemical supplier

§  Keep in order the washing Machine
保证洗碗机正常营运
§  Understands the facilities, products and services at restaurant and bar

§  Adhere to company’s Handbook and general policies and procedures
