Carries outeffective beverage service by ensuring:执行有效的酒水服务，确保做到以下几方面：

Beverages are up-sold and regularly replenished,abiding by responsible alcohol service regulations推销酒水并随时为客人添加酒水，遵守酒水服务制度
Converse with Guests about wine, advising the typesand styles of wine, taking wine orders and serving wine与顾客谈论酒，建议酒的类型和风格，记录酒水单和上酒
Promoting and selling cocktails to guests向顾客推销和销售鸡尾酒
Making and presenting cocktails制作和服务鸡尾酒
Coffee and tea is served hot and in accordance withstandard根据标准供应热的咖啡和茶

Train barattendant, wait help and bus help in basic beverage knowledge and beverageservice培训酒吧服务员、服务员和传菜员，基础的酒水知识和酒水服务知识
Completespillage report and submit to restaurant manager at the conclusion of eachshift在工作结束时，完成所有损耗的报告并递交给餐厅经理
Designpromotional material which is aimed at increasing revenue, covers and profitfor the Bar with the approval of restaurant manager在餐厅经理的同意下，设计促销的材料，目的在于增加收益和利润 Main duties and responsibilities:工作内容和责任
Patron carestandards are adhered to by ensuring:提供周到的服务应做到：

Guests are advised on alcoholic beverages建议顾客饮用酒精饮料
The strengths of alcohol is advised and guests areadvised as to their effect为客人建议酒的浓度及影响
Compliance with legal provisions of local liquor codes遵循当地酒水供应的法规
Level of intoxication of guests is assessed andappropriate action taken根据客人醉酒的程度采取适当的措施
Monitor factors which interfere with the totalexperience of the guest监控影响客人总的消费的因素

Requisition bar items according to bar stocks根据酒吧的库存使用酒吧各种

Effectivelymanage the Bar & Lounge by ensuringthe following:有效的管理餐厅，确保以下几方面：

Oversee the Implementation of standards as detailed inthe departmental standards and procedures manual根据部门的标准和程序手册，监督执行的情况
Adhere to opening and closing procedures遵循开门和关门的程序
Adhere to bill paying procedures 遵循帐单支付的程序
Conduct effective shift briefings ensuring all staffare aware of VIPs, special occasions, daily specials; emphasis on up sellingcertain products; etc组织有效的交接班例会，确保所有员工知道了解贵宾、特别场合和每日的特色菜，并推销更好的产品

Endeavor toresolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book forfurther follow up努力解决所有的投诉以及投诉后的追踪处理
Supervisecash handling and banking procedures监督收银的操作处理程序
Preparedaily banking and cash flow reports准备每日现金流动报告
