PRIME OBJECTIVES 主要任务
•Fully responsibleto recruitment to ensure effective recruitment and selection by following company’s policy
负责招聘工作，确保严格遵照公司制度进行有效的招聘和选才
•Adviseappropriate recruitment Advertisement channel according to vacancies situation,correct and timely placement of internal and external advertisements
根据人员空缺情况建议适当的招聘广告渠道，及时调整安排内外部招聘广告
•Coordinate andmanaging recruitment of management Training and industrial placementtraining
协调并负责管理管理实习生和实习生的招聘工作
•Conduct exitinterviews and provide feedback on reasons for turnover
负责离职面谈并提供人员流动的原因的反馈意见
•Responsible andhandling new employee entry and exit procedures, local employment procedures required bylabour bureau
负责办理新员工的入职/离职手续和劳动局要求的招工手续
•Employee’spersonal political archives management and handling transfer procedure
员工人事档案的管理和调转手续
•Assist HR&Admin Manager handling daily personnel affairs and formulate, updateregulations and designs HR forms, documents and processes to accordance with company’s standards
协助人事行政经理处理日常人事事物，制定、修订规章制度，根据公司标准设计人力资源部使用的表格、文件及程序
•Develops andimplements recruiting and screening systems and procedures in order to attractqualified candidates for position vacancies
提倡和执行招聘和甄选的方法和程序吸引合格的适合于空缺岗位的人选
•Regularly analyses manpower requirements and recommends selection and developmentactivities to meet those requirements
定期分析人力需求，提出选拔和开发员工的建议以满足用人要求
•Deals with all problems relating to individuals in an understanding, caring and confidential manner
以理解、关心、保密的方式解决员工出现的问题
•Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations
定期与员工交流，维持良好的关系
