KEYRESPONSIBILITIES                                  
主要职责   
Documents maintenance and file daily personnel document incoluding electronic files
日常文件的管理，包括人事存档及电子文件备份等等
Be responsible for staff uniform management, including purchasing, inventory and receiving&distribution etc.
负责员工工服管理，包括购置、盘点、收发等等
Staff dormitory management. Submit the deduction summary to HR & Admin Manager at the end of the month
员工宿舍管理。每月月末最后一天将当月员工宿舍费用扣款汇总，并发送给人事行政经理。
Reimbursement medicine expenses
员工医药费报销
Staff meal management. Prepare monthly staff list to staff canteen, check the meal expenses and apply for payment
员工餐管理: 月度员工餐的员工签字册准备、审核，及报销申请
§  Update staff’s health certificate, informmanagers whose will be expired one month in advance on the 1st working day ofevery month
员工健康证更新及办理，每月月初第一个工作日邮件和公告健康证将过期名单
§  Be  incherge of programming and implementation of staff activities, such as teambuilding, outing etc.
负责各项员工活动的规划及实施
§  Organize Quarterly birthday staff party and other activities
负责季度员工生日会及各项员工活动的开展工作

§  Organize training sessions for employees on HR related topics安排组织对员工进行人力资源方面的相关培训
