岗位职责

To purchase all food, beverage, engineering supplies, equipment and general supplies required by the hotel, ensuring that all purchases conform to the Marriott standards, local hygiene and commodities requirements, department heads’ expectations and will not sacrifice quality for lower costs.

  1. To receive the Daily Market List and Purchase Requests submitted by various departments.

    收到各部门交来的请购单及每日市场清单

  2. To obtain competitive bids by actively and aggressively test the market to obtain the merchandises as specified at the lowest price available while meeting the date of delivery, quality and quantity requirements. Bids from at least 3 suppliers are required.

    通过积极和主动的时常调查得到具有竞争力的最低报价并满足到货期, 质量及数量要求,得到竞争性的报价. 至少三家报价.

  3. The prices obtained from various vendors should be comparable and without prejudice.

    从不同的供应商取得的报价要具有可比性不含偏见.

  4. To contact suppliers by phone or personal visit; to confer with present or prospective suppliers concerning new products, discounts, promotions, reciprocal business deal etc.

    通过电话或亲自拜访供应商; 与当前或潜在的供应商协商相关的新产品, 折扣, 促销, 互惠商业交易等

  5. To keep track of price movements and inform department concerned of any changes in prices by updating the Purchasing System regularly.

  6. To ensure prompt delivery of all supplies and to follow up outstanding orders and undelivered portion.

    确保所有物品按时到货, 并跟进超期定单及未到货部分物品

  7. To coordinate with Store Supervisor and department concerned on needs to re-order based on adequacy of current stocks, purchasing lead-time and other prevailing conditions.

    与仓库主管及相关部门配合, 在保证充足的库存, 运输期, 及其他必要条件基础上制定最佳再定货量

  8. To maintain as much as possible files of quotations, catalogues, photos, samples on all equipment and supplies.

     尽可能多的存档所有设备及物品的报价, 商品目录, 照片, 样本

  9. To implement controls over purchasing to ensure that locally available foodstuffs are for immediate needs, that quantity of the food is optimum for the intended use and that the lowest prices on the market is paid for merchandise of the desired quality and form. To guard against excessive quantities of supplies being purchased.

     执行采购控制确保食品满足即时需要, 使用部门要求的质量并保证时常商最低的价格防止超额从一家供应商购买物品

  10. To attend personally and to supervise the proper handling of purchasing problem such as non-delivery, late delivery, inferior quality, poor services, price changes etc.

     亲自参与并指导适当的解决采购问题, 例如未交货, 晚到货, 质量低劣, 服务质量差, 价格改动等

  11. To assist in requests for sponsorships from regular suppliers for hotel’s events whenever required.

    酒店活动需要时协助取得供应商的赞助

  12. To familiarize with the import procedures, documentation and custom requirements for all overseas purchases.

    熟悉所有海外采购的进口流程, 文件和海关要求

  13. To file the contract and all PR and price comparison form.

    将合同、采购单、变价审批表归档

    14. Others

  • To respond to the changes in department functions as dictated by the industry, the company or the hotel.

    适应由于行业, 公司或酒店规定的变化而调整部门功能。

  • To provide courteous and professional service and to maintain good working relationship with all hotel associates.

    与酒店所有同事提供得体和专业的服务并与之保持良好的关系。

  • To have a complete understanding of the hotel associate handbook and to adhere to the regulations contained therein.

    完全理解酒店员工手册并严格执行相关规定

  • To have a complete understanding of the hotel policies relating to fire, safety and hygiene.

    完全理解酒店关于防火,安全及卫生方面的政策。

  • To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
