Be responsible for the proper operation of all hotel mechanical equipment.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES 责任概要

Assist duty engineer to complete daily job assignment to ensure the reliable operation of all mechanical, plumbing, laundry and kitchen equipment.

协助值班工程师完成每天工作分派，确保机械设备、给排水系统、洗衣房系统、厨房设备可靠运作。

SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务

Ensure the proper operation of the plumbing system.
确保给排水系统运作正常
－ Daily check the operation status of all equipment.
每天巡视设备运作情况
－ Check the water temperature and pressure are in good condition.
观察所显水温和压力是否正常
－ Check the lubricating status of all machineries.
检查机械润滑情况
Ensure laundry and kitchen equipment are in good condition.
确保洗衣房、厨房设备运转正常
－ Work out weekly preventive maintenance schedule.
制定每周例行保养计划
－ Regular clean the machineries.
机械定期清洗
－ Monthly check the leakage of gas pipe.
煤气管道每月检漏
－ Purchase plan of all spare parts.
备件购买计划
Keep all pump rooms, technical rooms clean and tidy.
确保所有泵房、设备房清洁整齐
－ Check the leakage of all equipment.
检查设备是否漏水
－ Annual clean the domestic water tank.
每年清洁日用生活水箱
Ensure the plumbing system accord with the national regulations.
确保给排水系统符合国家排放标准
－ Daily inspect the sewage auto drain system standard.
每天巡视污水自动排水系统标准
－ Urge mechanical technicians to add chemicals into the sewage treatment
system, and the proper operation of the vacuum water pump.
督促属下对污水处理系统投药，及真空水泵下正常运作
Ensure the dangerous jobs are in safe condition.
确保危险工作安全操作
－ Welding
电焊作业
－ Regular check the pressure container, heat exchanger, etc.
对压力容器、热交换器等进行定期检查
－ Annual check the protecting device, eg. safety valve, etc.
安全阀等保护装置每年检测
－ Monthly check the leakage of the gas pipes.
煤气管道每月检漏
Other duties may be assigned according to director of engineering and chief engineer’s instructions.
根据工程总监及副总工程师的指示执行其它工作
