Responsibilities 工作职责

1.Implements all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.
依照销售计划根据各自的市场执行相应的销售活动。
2.Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the marketing budget.
积极地参与完成部门销售任务，为整个部门达到销售预算做出贡献。
3.Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate / FIT / MICE accounts.
紧密的跟进所负责的客户的收入产量，以及与公司商务、散客、会务相关的生意。
4.Work together and close communication with Banquet Sales Team to keeps updated with client relationships and overall business goals through regular entertainment and some activation.
与宴会销售紧密沟通并协同工作，通过定期的酒店招待、宴请及举办主题活动来全面地保持好客户关系。
5.Take responsibility to conduct hotel inspection for all walk in, meeting group and contracted clients and plan next step for future follow.
负责所有散客、团队以及协议客户参观酒店并制定后期跟进计划。
6.Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales, telephone, fax, and written communications.
通过销售拜访.电话销售. 传真.通信方式为酒店主要市场保持一个高水准的位置。
7.To negotiate with accounts on banquet, outside catering events and coordinate with Banquet Department and follow-up revisions.
与客户洽谈所有相关宴会、会议、户外活动等，并签定协议。与宴会销售人员配合跟进具体在店活动。

Job Specs 职位要求

1.University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.
大学专科，良好的中英文读写能力。
2.Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
具有至少三年在国际连锁酒店的相关经验。
3.Very familiar with local market and good at marketing trend anlysis.
了解本地客户的情况并具有很强的市场分析能力。
4.Good skills of organization and presentation.
良好组织及展示技巧。
5.Good communication skills.
具有良好的沟通技巧。
