职位描述

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

·         Provide a professional, advisory and support service to the Executive Housekeeper to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the establishment.

行政管家提供专业咨询和相关帮助,以及协助完成其战略目标

·         Implement strategies aimed at cost minimisation, productivity maximisation without reduction of Quality Standards.

旨在实现成本最小化战略,在保证质量标准不降低的前提下进行生产效率的最大化

·         Ensure operation runs within out looked financial framework.

确保部门在财政框架下有序运营

·         Monitor and review Quality Standards for the Department.

监测和审查部门的质量标准

·         Purchase operational supplies as required within budget and outlook.

在预算之内购买所需的业务用品

·         Daily check of all public areas and guest rooms.

每日例行检查客房以及公共区域。

·         Report maintenance faults and damage to furniture and fittings in all areas of the hotel to engineering department.

向工程部报告酒店所有领域的家具和配件的损坏情况。

·         Accurately document lost property (records) and organise distribution of unclaimed items.  Have lost & found record check on regular basis.

制定准确的失物(记录)和无人认领的物品分配程序并进行失物招领记录定期检查

·         Attend promptly to all guest complaints and requests.

对所有客人投诉和要求及时作出回应

·         Complete and update annually Standards and Procedures for the Housekeeping Department.  Ensure all of them are in line with the brand standard and quality assurance requirement.

完成并且更新客房部标准程序制度,确保所有的工作都符合品牌的标准和质量保证要求。

·         Ensure preparation of cleaning schedule for the return of all out of order rooms.

负责清洁计划时间表的制定并确保所有维修房返回

·         Ensure completion of monthly linen and towelling stock take.

确保完成每月床单和毛巾的仓储记录

·         Maintain a Spring Cleaning roster.

维护一个季度清洁时间表,并且确保符合规范标准

·         Inspect the VIP room and oversee the inspection of Vacant Inspected rooms.

检查VIP房间并且监督抽查已清洁的房间。

·         Ensure all telephone calls to the department are accurately logged.

确保所有电话被准确记录。

·         Participate in the preparation of the Strategic Business and Operating Plans.

参加并准备关于商务战略和运营的计划。

·         Prepare monthly outlook/forecast reports.

准备月度计划和预期报表

·         Attend meetings as required.

·         Implement opportunities for quality Team Building.

·         Ensure that all colleagues comply with the grooming and uniform standards.

确保同事上班时按照仪容仪表和制服的相关标准。

·         Conduct development and performance reviews, identifying key personnel for further development and structured career path.

组织回顾同事的发展和表现情况,发现并且给予突出同事职业的发展和规划。

·         Implement and maintain training systems to ensure that colleagues have the necessary framework and skills to perform their job efficiently and effectively.

实现和维持培训体系,确保同事有必要的培训框架和技能以让其工作更高效

·         Prepare work schedules and annual leave schedules within budget, business expectations and guidelines of the appropriate industrial legislation.

通过合适的相关法规,在商业预期和准则中准备工作和年休假计划。

·         Oversee the selection and appointment of new colleagues within the department.

关注每个分部门的新进同事。

·         Conduct regular staff meetings to keep all colleagues informed.

主持日常部门同事会议, 并确保每位同事被告知内容。

·         Ensure compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace.

在工作区域内遵守相关健康和安全的工作须知。

·         Comply with all Corporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures.

遵守所有酒店规章制度,确保所有的工作都与品牌的标准和质量保证为标准线。

·         Actively promote a work environment, which cares for guests and colleagues alike.

关心宾客和关爱同事从而营造积极地工作环境。

·         Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.

执行任何管理层委托的工作。

 REQUIREMENTS 职位要求

Education 教育学历

·         Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor in Hotel Management酒店管理证书、文凭、学位

 

Experience 经验

·         Five year working experience, preferably in hotel industry五年相关的酒店工作经验,至少一年相关职位经验

 

Job Skill / Knowledge 工作技能 / 知识

·         Out-going personality性格开朗

·         Good communication skills良好的沟通技巧

·         Office administration experience具备办公室行政经验

·         Leadership领导能力

·         Training skills培训技巧

 

Computer Knowledge 电脑知识

·         Opera PMS酒店Opera系统

 

Language Proficiency 语言能力

·         Basic command of English and Mandarin, other languages would be beneficial.

良好的英语和普通话,懂其他语言为佳
