This position is concerned with the accuracy in the food and beverage control function.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

•   Assist in the preparation of the Daily Food and Beverage Report pertaining to the daily cost of food consumed, as well as employees’ meals.
•   协助准备包含每日食品消费成本的食品和酒水报告，以及员工餐厅的成本。
•   Assist the monthly stock-take of food and beverage inventories and the bi-annual stock-take of operating equipment.
•   协助每月食品和酒水盘点,以及每半年一次的营运物资盘点。
•   Participate in the monthly market survey of food/beverage and general store items, when needed.
•   如必要时,参加每月食品/酒水和总仓物品的市场调查。
•   Assist in the preparation of the monthly food and beverage cost and the applicable journal vouchers.
•   协助准备每月食品和酒水成本及制作相关的分类帐凭证。
•   Perform any other task assigned by the Cost Controller.
•   成本控制经理分配的其他工作。
•   Liaise with user department when required to carry out the daily task.
•   与使用部门一起开展日常工作。
•   Execute the project responsibilities in the hotel project team(s).
•   加入酒店的项目工作组时，认真履行相应职责。
•   Ad hoc assignment from the hotel management.
•   完成酒店管理层交代的其他任务。
