Principal Responsibilities 主要职责

1. Guest Related 与宾客相关事务

• Provide 5-star hotel & Brand standards at all times to the guests

随时为客人提供五星级酒店及品牌标准

• Responsible for the day to day running of the hotel Housekeeping

负责酒店客房部每日的正常运作

• Responsible for the safety & security of all hotel guests

对酒店所有宾客的安全和保密负责

• Act with integrity, include being honest while still maintaining the confidentiality of information where required and consistent with hotel’s policy

为人正直，诚实，当需要时能够遵守保密制度，与酒店政策相一致

• Understand Housekeeping standards & guidelines and follow them accordingly

熟悉并遵守客房部的规章制度和指导方针

• Be involved in the hotel’s operation and be up-to-date with any events, new concepts & work method

了解酒店运作和最新发展、最新概念和工作方法

2. Colleagues Related与同事相关事务

• Aware of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensuring direct reports do the same

遵守酒店政策和劳动合同

• Adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures

遵守健康及酒店消防政策

• Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly

熟知人身财产安全、消防急救及应急程序、设备的安全操作

• Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers

制定处理危机情况的工作方案，并告知上级领导存在潜在的危机

• Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements

按照酒店要求登记安全事故和意外事故

• Be well groomed as per hotel standard

• Attend assigned training courses

参加指定的培训课程

• Report for duty punctually

3. Operations / process Related 流程操作事务

• Responsible for all guest and staff laundry washing.

负责所有客衣和员工服的洗涤

• Sort out articles according to the color, material, degree of soil and stain.

根据衣物的颜色、材质、污渍程度进行分类整理

• Remove any stain before washing.

洗涤前去污

• Set washing and drying programmed as instructed.

按照指示设定洗涤和烘干程序

• Ensure all machinery is run in full loading.

确保所有设备完好运转

• Keep the machine clean and operate in a safety way.

确保设备清洁、安全运转

• Keep the chemical and supplies in a safety place and according to safety.

将化学用品安置在安全的地方，并恰当使用

• Alert on the stock level of all washing chemical.

留意所有化学洗涤料线

• Keep control of the temperature on washing and drying process.

在洗涤和干燥过程中，控制温度

• Return any valuable found inside the garment.

归还服装内的贵重物品

• Report to Laundry & Linen Manager immediately if found any failure of machinery.

如设备有任何故障，需及时向洗衣房、布草房经理汇报

• Finish all jobs assigned by Laundry & Linen Manager.

完成洗衣房/布草房经理分配的其他任务

4. Sustainability Related 可持续发展事务

• Support & involve their job duties related to Green, CSR

支持和参与有关绿色、企业社会责任的工作

5. Others 其他事务

• Ensure the Department complies with all Brand core standards

• Perform any other duties as assigned
