职位描述

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

· Responsible for the bar area, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.

负责整个酒吧,保证酒吧营运顺畅,使酒店的运营处在一个收益的框架上。

· Maintain the overall welfare of our colleagues by providing them with the training and resources to take care of our guests.

保障所有同事的福利,培训和资源,只有这样同事才能照顾好我们的客人。

· Achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure.

增加销售营业额和有效率的开支来完成预算目标以保持最大化利润。

·  Responsible for the monthly department Profit & Loss Statement.

每月召开部门会议陈述餐厅收益和未完成的指标。

· Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.

执行任何管理层委托的工作。


OPERATIONS运营

· Preparation of the yearly department budget by using history & forecasting techniques to develop an aggressive budget that reflects the achievable capabilities.

参考历史纪录和客房率预测, 制定一份可行的部门年度指标。

·Accurately forecasting business demands to ensure efficient staffing & food production.

正确的预计商业需求已确保最有效率的人员配备和食物生产。

· Ensure the awareness & enforcement of all Langham’s Policy and procedure.

认识和实施所有朗廷酒店的政策和程序.

· Enforce operational Standards that are periodically reviewed & updated.

定期的复习和更新标准以确保运营。

· Be responsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.

时刻保持部门的安全和卫生设备的标准。

· Enforce sanitation checklist by having all outlets inspected on a monthly basis.

严格执行卫生设备检查,所有部门每月检查一次。

· Be responsible for asset management of all outlet property and facilities.

协助上级保管好部门所有的财产和设备。

· Conduct a preventative maintenance on a monthly basis.

每月进行一次餐厅设备的保修和维护。

·Above all, to lead by example through a “hands on” approach to motivate our colleagues to excel.

综上所述,要以身作则,为同事树立起良好的榜样,激励同事的工作热情。

 

HUMAN RESOURCES人力资源

· Develop and implement of management training plans for supervisors on a quarterly basis in conjunction with Human Resource Department.

发展和培养对督导的培训, 拟定计划上传给人事部总监。

· Evaluate all colleague performance reviews in a professional and timely manner.

以专业的工作态度,按时为同事们进行工作表现评估。

·Control all aspects of colleague management including hiring, discipline in conjunction with the Assistant F&B manager

协助餐饮副经理招聘同事,贯彻酒店规章制度。

· Conduct an effective monthly colleague meeting with minutes and forwarded to F & B and Human Resource Department.

举办每月的同事会议,并把会议记录转抄给行政副经理-餐饮和人事部。

· Practice “open door” policy to all colleagues.

对每位同事实行开放式政策。

· All details regulatory framework refer to Colleague Handbook.

所有规章制度请参照员工手册。


ADMINISTRATIVE行政管理

· Be responsible for all accounting and billing procedures in the outlets.

负责酒吧的财务及账单。

· Be responsible for the accurate supervision of the colleague time control and payroll systems by working with Accounting and Human Resource Department.

通过和财务部及人力资源部的合作,精确管理好每位同事的加班时间和考勤

· Plan colleagues’ outing activity to promote teamwork.

制订同事外出活动,促进团队合作精神。

· Promote positive inter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation.

通过坦率的交流和配合,积极的建立跨部门的沟通与合作关系。

· Respond to guest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours in what is deemed the appropriate manner.

关注客人的需求,在24小时内以适当的方式去回应。

· Perform any reasonable request made of management which is not life threatening or against the law.

完成管理层制定的一切合理要求。(不威胁生命,不违反法律)


MARKETING市场推广

· Assist in the development & execution of marketing plans for the outlet.

协助发展和完成销售计划,扩大部门的市场占有率。

· Be aware of competitors in the market & assist in a competition analysis on a quarterly basis.

每个季度要熟悉竞争者的市场并加以分析。


REQUIREMENTS 职位要求

 Education 教育学历

·  Minimum Vocational School毕业于专业学校。

 

Experience 经验

·  Minimum 4 years restaurant operations experience, at least 1 year management/supervisors experience.四年酒吧工作经验和至少有一年以上的酒吧管理/主管经验。


Job Skill / Knowledge 工作技能 / 知识

· Demonstrated leadership qualities.能体现领导者的素质。

· Demonstrated good technical knowledge of restaurant operations.具备优秀的专业的餐厅运营知识。

· Demonstrated strong hospitality and communication skills.有较好的服务精神和沟通技巧。

· Demonstrated strong work ethic.具备和实现优秀的职业道德。

· Demonstrated great hospitality skills and sensitivity to guest needs.良好的服务待客技巧预知客人的需求。

· Demonstrated a good understanding of food production.对食物产品知识的充分了解。

 

Computer Knowledge 电脑知识

· Knowledge of MS office software能够使用日常的办公室软件

 

Language Proficiency 语言能力

· Demonstrated excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.具备优秀的英语和普通话表达能力
