1.负责所有全日制餐厅各小部门的食物标准和质量/摆盘展示。
2.为厨房操作提供功能性的帮助和方向。
3.熟练掌握厨房所有领域有关食材的准备工作,烹饪技巧和摆盘展示。
4.维护不同部门间的工作关系。
5.确保食品质量和食品出品标准操作都得到良好的维持。
6.时刻执行食品安全和卫生/ HACCP标准和政策。
7.建立和维护部门内有利的员工关系。
8.每月和财务代表一起盘点部门的库存。
9.监督所有厨房员工的工作，设施和成本，从而达到整个餐饮部利润的最大化。
10.与副厨师长们为厨房的员工长制定正规的培训计划，开展在职培训会议。
 
1.Responsible to the standards and the quality / presentation of food for all ADD sections
2.Provides functional assistance and direction to the kitchen operation.
3. Has high knowledge of all preparation concerning ingredients, cooking techniques and presentation of international cuisine.
4.Maintain interdepartmental working relationships
5.Ensures food quality and food production standard practices are well maintained at all times
6.Implements the FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION/HACCP standards and policies at all times
7.Establishes and maintain effective employee relations in the department
8.Conduct monthly food inventory of respective department with the Finance     Representative
9.Supervises the function of all kitchen employees, facilities and costs, hence contributes to maximizing the overall Food and Beverage department profit.
10.Develop formal training plans and conduct on the job training sessions for kitchen employees together with sous chefs in kitchen.
