Under the direction of the lounge manager, and within the limits of established InterContinental Hotels Group Policies and Procedures, assist overseeing and directing lounge operation and administration.

l To check and review all operating par stocks of condiments, guest and bar supplies and operating equipment used within the outlet. To ensure that there is sufficient stock for each day's trade, requisitioning where required any equipment or supplies that are necessary.

l To assist the restaurant manager with the restaurant guest recognition program.

l To assist the manager in spot checks of the outlet to ensure that all repairs and maintenance has been carried out, reporting any new areas that need attention. And ensuring follows up within a time frame of 14 days.

l To ensure that all menus are clean, neat and tidy, free from marks and dirt, stains or watermarks. Replacing any menu with a new one as is required.

l Monthly stock take of both the stewarding equipment and dry store par, with reference to checklists issued by the stewarding department and cost control respectively.

l Responsible for the maintenance of all operating equipment and properties in the outlet.

l Liaise with engineering department for repair status and for collection of repaired items.

l Checking of void checks against daily void check report to ensure that all void checks are accounted for.

This job is the restaurant operation job, report to Assistant Restaurant Manager. Typically supervises hostess, F&B service attendant & etc.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 任职要求
Complete Tertiary education. 1 to 2 years working experience in a similar capacity with international chain hotel. Speak fluent English. Excellent Customer relation, problems solving and time management skills
