JOB OVERVIEW职位概述

Under the direction of the lounge manager, and within the limits of established InterContinental Hotels Group Policies and Procedures, assist overseeing and directing lounge operation and administration.

  • Must be aware of the importance of      beverage sales within the outlet, and sees to it that every effort is made      by the waiters and waitress's to sell the maximum number of drinks      possible. And to ensure that all beverages sold are as per the quality and      presentation standards of the Hotel.

  • To assist Manager in the planning,      implementation and running of promotional events.

  • To maintain a breakage prevention      program designed to minimize breakage of operating equipment, and to      liaise directly with the Chief Steward and recommend changes to policies      or procedures.

  • Assist identify training needs and plan      training programs for the associates.

GUEST EXPERIENCE 宾客体验:

l   Assisting manager in the outlet’s operation.

l   Checking on associate discipline, grooming standards and punctuality and that all leave and sick leave requests are handed to the Restaurant manager.

l   Checking of guests’ satisfaction and proper handling of feedback and follow-up.

l   To supervise the service within the restaurant, to ensure that the service standards, quality of product , and also to give training and guidance.

l   To ensure that the Hostess staff perform all duties as are required, that the front reception area of the restaurant is neat and tidy. And that the reservation book is properly maintained.

l   To check and review all operating par stocks of condiments, guest and bar supplies and operating equipment used within the outlet. To ensure that there is sufficient stock for each day's trade, requisitioning where required any equipment or supplies that are necessary.

l   To assist the restaurant manager with the restaurant guest recognition program.

l   To assist the manager in spot checks of the outlet to ensure that all repairs and maintenance has been carried out, reporting any new areas that need attention. And ensuring follows up within a time frame of 14 days.

l   To ensure that all menus are clean, neat and tidy, free from marks and dirt, stains or watermarks. Replacing any menu with a new one as is required.

l   To assist during the service periods with actual service to the guest during periods of high business.

l   Responsible for raising stewarding/dry store requisition form.

l   Monthly stock take of both the stewarding equipment and dry store par, with reference to checklists issued by the stewarding department and cost control respectively.

l   Responsible for the maintenance of all operating equipment and properties in the outlet.

l   Liaise with engineering department for repair status and for collection of repaired items.

l   Checking of void checks against daily void check report to ensure that all void checks are accounted for.

l   In the absence of Manager/Assistant Manager:

-             To conduct the daily roll call at in the outlet for all associates

-             To brief associates on operational aspects and updates on happenings in the department, division and hotel wide.

-             To check associate grooming.

-             检查员工的仪容仪表

-             Responsible for the operation of the outlet.

-             负责餐厅的运作

-             Handling of guests complains and enquires, logs all complaints in log book for further follow up

-             解决客人的投诉和询问,并记录在值班日记上以便进一步跟踪调查

-             Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up

-             换班中尽量解决所有的抱怨,并记录在值班日记上以便进一步跟踪调查

ACCOUNTABILITY 职责

This job is the restaurant operation job, report to Assistant Restaurant Manager. Typically supervises hostess, F&B service attendant & etc.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 任职要求

Complete Tertiary education. 1 to 2 years working experience in a similar capacity with international chain hotel. Speak fluent English. Excellent Customer relation, problems solving and time management skills

高等教育学历,一到两年在国际连锁酒店同等职位的工作经验。可熟练地运用英语对话。优秀的客户关系, 拥有处理问题和时间管理经验。
