          Functions as the Strategic Business Leader of the restaurant’s Food and Beverage operation includingrestaurants, bars and kitchen.  Position oversees the developmentand implementation of the restaurant ‘s  strategiesand ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brandinitiatives.  The position ensures theFood and Beverage operation meets the target customer needs, ensures staffsatisfaction, focuses on growing revenues and maximizes the financialperformance of the department.  As amember of the executive committee develops and implements restaurant-widestrategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs andexpectations of the target customer and staff and provide a return oninvestment to the owner.

      主要负责餐厅的餐饮业务，包括餐厅、酒吧与厨房。需要把控部门的发展与进度，确保品牌服务的品质与执行。同时，确保餐饮部门方案与目标客户要求相符，确保顾客满意度，提升部门业绩。作为行政成员，为目标顾客提供高质量的服务，同时为投资者创造投资回报。
