全面负责管事部的工作，保证各营业场所的用品清洁、卫生，并负责餐饮部门的后勤卫生工作及餐饮用具的周转，与各部保持密切联系。总管事是餐饮部后勤供给的一个重要职位


工作职责


Familiar with and master the use of jurisdiction by the equipment,
and cleaning performance, usage, security, and do well
Daily chemicals and items cost plan;
 熟悉和掌握所管辖范围内设备的使用，以及清洁用品的性能、用途、安全性，并做好
每日清洁剂及用品耗用计划；
Prepare monthly inventory tableware and damage and
loss statistics and analysis, a superior notice;
做好每月的餐具盘点以及破损、流失统计和分析，呈上级布告；
To strengthen the cost control
加强成本控制
All tableware can normal operation, find the
shortage to cover positions in a timely manner

All subordinates, motivate employees to work in a
positive atmosphere

To organize and guide, participate in the training

任职要求

Have many years of experience in purser department management.Good
command of English fluent in written and oral Chinese ability.Master basic
computer knowledge.At least 3 years in 5 star international hotel work
experience in same position.                  
具有多年管事部管理经验。良好的英文口语书写和流利的中文能力。  掌握基本的电脑知识。至少3年5星级国际酒店同等职位的工作经验
Need to use mathematical skillsfrequently, including basic mathematics,
budget, profit/loss concept, percentage and difference adaptations, etc.
需要频繁用到数学技能，包括基本数学、预算、利润/损失概念、百分比率和差异变通等。
Maybe need to work in the night, weekends and holidays.
可能需要在夜间、周末和假日期间上班。
