Program Overview:

At Swire Hotels, our 18-month Operations Management Trainee (OMT) programmes are designed to attract talented, passionate and enthusiastic hoteliers to ultimately create potential future leaders in hotel or restaurant operations. 
You will have the opportunity to gain high profile exposure across our hotels and restaurants through attachments in Guest Experience and Restaurants & Bars. These will be in the form of workshops, readings, cross exposure, mentorship or regular feedback sessions to review your progress throughout the programme.

Your preferences will be considered when deciding your final appointment. If your performance is satisfactory, a supervisory role will be offered.

We look for talents who

1. have relevant educational background (preferably in Hotel and Tourism Management or equivalent) or less than 2 years post-graduate work experience in this industry. 
2. are open-minded and not afraid to to embrace their edges.  
3. are passionate, fun, creative and determined to make a difference.
4. are good team players who are highly flexible with an analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
5. are ready to take on challenges at our hotel locations in China.
