PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

Operations运营

Assist the Director of Chinese Culinary Operations to manage the whole restaurant and ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant, so that the operation of the hotel is on a revenue framework.
协助中餐厅运营总监负责整个餐厅，保证餐厅营运顺畅，使酒店的运营处在一个收益的框架上。
Assist the Director of Chinese Culinary Operations in setting up a feasible department annual target by referring to the historical records and sales forecasting system.
协助中餐厅运营总监参考历史纪录和销售预测系统来制定一份可行的部门年度指标。
Assist the director to correctly anticipate business needs to ensure the most efficient staffing and food production.
协助中餐厅运营总监正确预计商业需求已确保最有效率的人员配备和饮料制作。
Ensure the awareness & enforcement of all Langham’s policy and procedure.
了解和实施所有朗廷酒店的政策和程序。
Be responsible for maintaining the department's safety and hygiene equipment up to standard.
时刻保持部门的安全和卫生设备符合标准。
Implement operating standards, review and update the standards regularly.
实施运营标准，定期复习并更新标准。
Enforce sanitation checklist by having all outlets inspected on a monthly basis.
严格执行卫生设备检查，所有部门每月检查一次。
Be responsible for asset management of all outlet property and facilities.
管理好部门所有有价值的资产和设备。
Conduct a preventative maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.
每月进行一次预防性维护检查。

Set a good example for colleagues and motivate colleagues to work enthusiastically.
