This position is concerned with all administrative functions and general secretarial duties as required by the Director of Sales as well as coordination of the department.

Summarize all requested revenue reports, activity reports, etc.

Office supply maintenance.

Coordinator with related department for event order or sales activities.
为宴会订单或销售活动，和相关部门协调。
Maintain and update filling system.
维护和更新归档系统。
Prepare reports, letters, memos and correspondence including those of a confidential nature for the DOS and maintain files accordingly.
准备报告，信件，备忘录和包括销售总监的机密性质的通信。
Take & transcribe minutes of meetings.
获取和抄写会议记录
Responsible for an efficient and up-dated filing system for the department.
为部门负责一个有效和及时更新的归档系统。
Answers and places telephone calls and arranges appointments for the DOS.
接听和处理电话，为销售总监安排会见。
Keeps track of appointments and various meeting schedules.
保持会见跟踪和各种会议行程。
Maintains adequate stock of office supplies, initiates necessary requisition on a weekly basis.
维持足够的办公用品存货，每周发出必要申请单。
Distributes all incoming documents immediately; dispatches and records outgoing mail.
