Position Summary职位概述
Supervises and ensures smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen and service area of Team Restaurant. Responsible for the kitchen production, preparation and presentation. Provide training and supervision toTeam Restaurant team members and to maintain cost control.

1. A dynamic and creative individual who brings a vast and varied experience in culinary arts, menu design and food promotions.

2. A hands-on trainer who through coaching and leading by example can motivate and impress upon the team the right attitude and spirit of culinary excellence.

3. Able to work with and to consume all products and ingredients.

Required Qualifications 必要的资历要求:
1. 5-8 years as Head of Kitchen in 4/5 Star category Hotel or individual restaurants with high standards.五至八年厨房工作经验。
2. High School Diploma or equivalent .
高中或相等的学历。
3. Up to date Sanitation Classes.
更新的卫生课程。
4. Health Certificate
