Position Summary职位概述
Under the general guidance of the Chief Steward, within the established policies & procedures of Hilton, oversees & supervises all aspects of stewarding operation during a shift.The Steward Supervisor ensures that the cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation of all kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are maintained in accordance to established quality standards.
在管事部副经理或经理的指导监督下制定希尔顿的政策和规章，监督指导管事部的运营。管事部主管负责确保整个厨房区域的清洁度，卫生，设备和用具清洁卫生达到品质标准。

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability工作技能技巧要求：
1.	Confidently knowing opening hours of all restaurants & Hotel outlets.
熟悉所有餐厅及酒店其他部门的营业时间。
1.	Knowledge of team member training and motivation procedures.
员工知识的培训和激励程序。
2.	Ability to set priorities and to complete tasks in timely manner.
有能力按照事情的优先顺序按时完成任务。
3.	Able to work in an moist, hot and sometimes loud environment.
能够在潮湿，热和不时吵闹的环境中工作。
4.	Up to date Sanitation Classes.
更新的卫生课程。
5.	By assisting waiters, bar attendants & kitchen team member where required and carry out any reasonable duties requested by the Manager. 
在必要的时候协助酒吧及厨房的同事，并完成经理交与的任务。
6.	Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment .
清洁工作知识。

Required Qualifications必要的资历要求：
1.	Middle School Diploma or equivalent .
初中或相等的学历。
2.	Up to date Sanitation Classes. 
更新的卫生课程。
3.	Health Certificate.
 健康证。
