· Assist Chief Security Officer improvethe security work of the hotel. Monitor the implementation of security programsof each department, analyze the existing problems and present improvingproposals in time and report to General Manager

协助保安部经理做好酒店安全保卫工作。督促检查各部门安全管理制度、规章及贯彻实施情况。分析存在问题，及时提出改进建议，并向经理汇报。

· Assist chief security officer check theimplementation of security programs of the most important portion of the hotel,locate the problems and present improvement proposals to ensure absolutely safeof these important portion

协助保安部经理检查酒店各要害部位，重点部位安全制度、安全措施的贯彻落实情况，发现问题，及时提出改进建议和整改措施，确保酒店各要害部位的绝对安全。

· Assist Chief Security Officer monitorthe work of all shift leaders and analyze the existing problems and presentproposals to improve their management level

协助保安部经理督导各班人员的工作，随时分析问题，提出改进建议，消除隐患，提高安全管理水平。

协助保安经理定期组织消防演习并作分析记录。

· Monitor the implementation of securitymeasures on each department in accordance with the arrangement of ChiefSecurity officer. Analyze the existing problems and present proposals oncorrectness. Urge all departments strengthen their security management toensure the bodily and properties’ safe of our guests

根据保安部经理的安排，督促酒店各部门落实安全管理岗位责任制，分析存在问题，及时提出整改意见，促使各部门加强安全管理，确保酒店及客人人身与财产的安全。

· Arrange the education of discipline andsense of responsibility for security guards in accordance withthe arrangement of Chief SecurityOfficer, and security professional training to elevate the awareness ofsecurity of hotel staff

根据保安部经理安排，做好保安人员纪律教育、责任感教育和安全业务知识培训工作，提高酒店员工安全意识。

• Demonstrate Awareness ofOccupational Health and Safety policies and procedures and ensure allprocedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure yourdirect reports do the same

建立职业保健和安全意识的政策和程序，确保所有的程序都在职业保健和安全指引下安全地操作，并确保直接下属同样遵守职业保健和安全指引。

• Be familiar with property safety,first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely andsensibly

熟悉酒店安全，急救，防火和紧急程序，并安全谨慎地操作设备。

• Initiateaction to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potentialdangers

主动采取行动去纠正危险的场景并将潜在的危险告知上级。

· Handle all kinds of security problemsand customer complains based on investigation and present reports on theimportant ones to Chief Security Officer

调查处理安全工作中发生的各类治安问题和有关报告、投诉。重大事件及时报告部门领导。

· Arrange security guards to protect theincident scene and keep it in order on occasion of fire disaster and death

酒店发生火灾、死亡等意外事件时，组织保安员保护现场，维护现场秩序。

· Check attendance of each post andsupervise the implement of discipline and present an advice on correctness

查岗查哨，对违纪或不负责任的保安员进行批评教育，并提出处理意见。
