负责酒店所有空调、给排水、消防、强电、弱电、游泳池和厨房机电设备及客房、公共区域、后勤区域土建、装饰的定期检查、维护保养、中修、大修、清洁卫生，后勤区域维护及酒店其他突发任务。

主要工作职责:

• 接到维修通知，应立即到位，迅速抢修，以最短时间完成任务，并保证质量，确保酒店正常运行。维修完毕，须清洁现场，恢复原状。
