岗位职责/职位描述

1.Providesprofessional, advisory and executive support to the General Manager in meeting strategic goals.

为总经理提供专业的咨询及行政上的支持以确保达到酒店战略目标。

2.Supports GM to ensure all revenue related systems are kept up-to-date with accurate information and all Hilton standards are fully complied .

确保所有与系统相关的收益数据都保持精确性并完全遵照希尔顿国际标准。

3.Conducts research and gains agreement with GM to implement and monitor the annualRevenue Proposal/ Plan throughout the year.

通过市场调研,与总经理达成共识后执行,监督年度收益计划。

4.artners with Marcom Manager in the development and implementation of the hotel’s Sales and Marketing plans, and  evaluate contemporary sales and marketing initiatives and trends.

配合市场传讯经理做好酒店营销策划的制订与实施,并评估营销计划与趋势。

5.Reports on the effectiveness of Sales and Marketing programs.

有效的实施并使用市场销售报告。

6.Conducts market research.

进行市场调查。

7.Establishes pricing strategies and sales targets for the hotel.

为酒店设立价格策略和销售目标。

8.Monitors accounts activities and makes adjustments when necessary.

密切注视客户的活动,必要时予以调整。

9.Ensures files, correspondence and other relevant business documentation are maintained.

确保部门文件,及相关资料的存档。

10.Liaises with Corporate office to ensure execution and smooth flow through of allBusiness Development initiatives.

通过与总部的联系,确保所有商业发展部活动的顺利完成。

11.Coordinates with allBusiness Development departments within the company to maximize sales opportunities.

保持与集团内各营业部门的沟通,最大限度拓展销售机会。

12.Represents and promotes the hotel to all sectors in the community locally and overseas.

在海内外市场各有关行业推介酒店。

13.Participates in Hilton initiated sales and marketing events.

参与希尔顿集团发起的销售及市场活动。

14.Plans and conducts sales trips to drive business in feeder markets.

针对目标市场组织促销差旅。

15.Maintains good rapport and communication in the market place locally and overseas.

与海内外目标市场保持良好的关系和沟通。

16.Manages guest relations and client services including guest and client need, product and service knowledge, sales effectiveness, communication skills and guest and client feedback.

管理客户关系及服务,包括客户需求、产品服务知识,销售的有效性交流技巧及客户反馈信息。
