岗位职责/职位描述
1. Develops an annual communications/media plan with specific goals and budgets as outlined in the hotel's business plan. Prepares working plans to achieve goals and ensures the communications team and AOR are fully briefed on goals and progress. 在与酒店经营规划一致的指导方向下,制定目标,预算及计划全年媒体推广计划。与此同时保证团队年内员工对计划,责任范围,目标及进展详细明了。 2. Compares actual achievements against goals on a regular basis and takes corrective action. Prepares the monthly communications report on a timely basis. 在既定的时期内,对比实际的进展与设定目标的不同并及时采取正确的措施。在既定的时间内上交每月报告。 3. Supervises and directs photography for advertising, collateral and public relations purposes in liaison with the DOSM, the advertising agency and the marketing department at Regional/Corporate office. 监督及管理所有与广告,印刷品和公共活动为目地的图片,并及时与市场销售总监,广告公司,市场部,区域及总部。 4. Ensures the department has a comprehensive master digital library for all advertising, collateral and public relations activities, and regularly update the image library accordingly. 确保本部门持有综合有力全面的数字图片库以用于广告,宣传品及公共活动并及时更新图片。 5. Co-ordinates and executes publication of the hotel’s newsletter(s). 协助和执行发布酒店实时通讯 6. Monitors activities of competitor hotels and trends within the industry. 监测行业内动态以及竞争对手活动。 7. Performs additional related duties as deemed necessary and appropriate to the communications status. 在公共关系中履行必要及合适的附加工作。 9. 1. Compiles and maintains a comprehensive list of media contacts and manages them as per the media account management system. Delegates assigned accounts to communications staff as appropriate but takes full responsibility for the key media by maintaining and developing close relationships. 编制制定媒体联系总编以达到账户综合管理。酌情委托制定传媒部其它员工处理相关事宜,但要负责主流媒体沟通以达到维护良好关系。 2. Works with PR agency on developing story angles for press releases for appropriate targeted media, locally, regionally and internationally. 与公关公司共同合作为增加更多在本地,国内以及国际媒体上的曝光从不同角度发现具有新闻的故事 3. Plays a key role in community and government relations. 在同团体及政府关系方面担当主要角色。 4. Secures opportunities, directs and attends hotel sponsored events, and develops targeted partner relationships. 指导并参加酒店发起的活动,利用机会发展第三方合作关系。 5. Creates and organizes press promotional activities. 创立和组织媒体推广活动。 6. Participates/Organizes in the press events/trips/fams organized as required. 组织并参加包括媒体活动,组团,各种需要的活动。 7. Conducts press blitzes when appropriate. 合适的实施新闻通讯。 8. Ensures press kit information is comprehensive and kept up-to-date. 确保媒体宣传资料适时更新。 9. Maintains budget control and avoids duplication of advertising appearances by channeling media placements through the Regional Office. 确保预算管理以及避免与区域管理公司在媒体发布上有双重性。 10. Monitors and maintains media schedules as well as prompt settlement of accounts 监控及确保媒体发放日程并保证快捷的付款清算 11. Be pro-active in the conceptual planning of online campaigns, and oversees their execution. 在规划和计划时采取积极主动行为并监管其执行力度。 12.
