Responsible for managing and supervising all areas of the spa, including its programs, services, hours of operation, facilities and talent. Coordinates the delivery of spa services, including skin care, fit & wet, massage, program coordinating, reservations, reception desk and locker room areas. Directs and works with the Director of SPA & FIT to successfully execute all spa operations. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.负责管理及监督所有水疗区域包括课程、服务、营业时间、设施设备及员工。负责协调运营水疗服务包括肌肤护理、健身及泳池、按摩护理、活动组织、预约、接待区和更衣区域。与水疗及健身总监共同协作以达到水疗中心的成功运营。为实现卓越的部门财务表现，持之以恒的提升宾客及员工的满意度。
Oversees retail product research, product selection and purchasing, product display.负责监督零售商品研发、严选商品、采购事宜及商品陈列。
Manages supply inventories and purchasing control, including uniforms.负责库存备货和采购管控包括制服等。
Monitors the spa's actual and projected sales to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.监督水疗实际和销售计划以确保达到并超越收入目标。
Maintains cleanliness of spa and related areas and equipment.保持水疗及相关区域和设施设备的干净整洁。
Fully understand departmental budget and P&L.充分理解部门预算及损益表。
