一、培训工作
1）To find out, analysis and determine the hotel training needs.
了解、分析、确定酒店的培训需求。
2） Arrange and presentation for New Staff Orientation.
为新员工安排入职培训。
3）Design and conduct some training courses as per the hotel training needs.
根据酒店培训需求设计培训课程，并教授部分课程。
4）Responsible for internal fairs of training section, including recording and updating hotel and staff training information, training facilities management, and training materials preparation.
培训的内务工作，包括酒店培训档案及员工培训情况的记录和更新、培训器材的管理、以及培训资料的准备。
5）Following up and checking each department training and feedback to Human Resources Director in time.
各部门培训情况的跟踪、检查，并将信息及时向人力资源总监反馈。
