1.carry out relevant policies and regulations of the State concerning safety and security, and assist the superiors in formulating and implementing the safety management rules and  regulations of hotels according to their characteristics and actual situations.
贯彻执行国家有关安全保卫工作的方针政策和有关条例，根据酒店的特点和实际情况，协助上级制定和实施酒店的各项安全管理规章制度.
2.deal with the general safety accidents and incidents occurring in the hotel in a timely and fair manner. Organize the investigation and report to the leaders and public security organs on the scene of major safety accidents.
及时公正地处理在酒店内发生的一般性安全事故和事件,对重大安全事故保护现场，迅速组织调查，并上报领导和公安机关.
3.carry out safety knowledge education and safety quality assessment for hotel staff; arrange,check and evaluate subordinates' work and organize business training; participate  in handling employees' violation of hotel rules and regulations.
对酒店员工进行安全知识教育与安全素质考核；安排、检查、评估下属的工作，并组织业务培训；参与对违反酒店规章制度的员工处理.
4.arrange a 24 hour patrol of the hotel, investigate and deal with the problems found in the work quickly and conscientiously, and regularly report to the leaders at higher levels for the safety situation inside the hotel.
安排对酒店进行24小时警卫巡逻，迅速、认真地调查处理工作中发现的问题；定期向上级领导呈报酒店内安全情况.
5.record the records of safety accidents, emergencies and guest complaints according to the hotel requirements, and provide reference for the relevant departments to pursue the responsibility.
按照酒店要求记录保存安全事故、突发事件及客人投诉的记录，供有关部门追查责任时参考.
6.understand the fire and emergency measures, and the responsibilities of the Department in the emergency.
了解消防及紧急措施，以及本部门在突发事件中应承担的责任.
7.effectively deal with all the guests' questions and complaints, and establish a friendly relationship with all hotel guests.
有效地处理解决所有客人的质疑和投诉，并与所有酒店的宾客建立友好关系.
8.to establish action plans and timetables for the goal, to identify the goals and to take action to achieve the goals. Your entire team will finish the task on time and guarantee the quality.
