•Finalize Food Cover Report and photocopying of various documentation for F&B Control and Finance Department.

•Keying Revenue Journal and distributing to the relevant managers 调整收入日报并分发给相关经理 •Ensure all rebates and miscellaneous charges are supported by documentation detailing the charges.
 
The Rebate Credits, Miscellaneous Charges and Paid Outs must be summaries and set to the Director of Finance and General Manager for review daily.
 
确保所有的折扣和各项杂费都有详细记录费用的票据文件。折扣信贷、杂费和支出必须记录摘要并每天递交给财务总监和总经理审阅
 
•Reconcile revenues on a daily basis via the Back Page balancing process.
 
通过每日收入对帐表平衡帐务，核对并使收入一致
 
•Cross check the daily report against the computer generated reports.交叉核对计算机产生的报表
 
•Safe keep unused revenue related documents such as Guest checks, guest Folios, Official receipts, Captain orders, paid-out vouchers, Rebates/Allowance vouchers, Miscellaneous Debit/Credit Vouchers, etc…
 
保管未使用的与收入相关的单据，如客人账单，预支现金单据，折扣或免费单据，杂项的借贷凭证等
•Assist Operation manager in conducing cash counts and keeping control on registers in Outlets.
 
协助运作经理清点现金数量，保持对餐厅收款机的控制
 
•Prepare other reports, schedules and analysis reports that may be required from time to time.
 
准备其它随时需要的报表，进度表和分析表
 
•Preparation of month end journals.准备月末凭证
 
•Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.完成指派的其它任务
