1. 遵守饭店和部门的各项规章制度、政策和操作规程。

2. 负责餐厅餐台、餐具、服务用品、用具的清洁卫生工作。

3. 负责餐前、餐后工作，保证整齐、卫生。

4. 掌握餐厅各种菜肴知识（原料、配料，烹调方法所需的烹调时间、菜肴的口味等）。

5. 掌握餐厅各种酒水知识（产地、特点价格等）内容。

6. 根据规定的服务程序和标准和客人就餐的要求，为客人提供优质服务。

7. 保持客人餐台上清洁，如换烟灰盅，收空杯、空碟、清扫台面之脏物等。

8. 解决就餐客人碰到的各种问题。

9. 接受客人对菜肴、服务等提出的建议、投诉，及时向上级汇报。

10. 清理客人用过的餐具，分类送管事部洗涤。

11. 同事之间相互合作，相互帮助。

12. 积极参加部门的例会，解决工作中存在的问题。

13. 积极参加部门和饭店的各项培训，不断提高服务技巧和服务质量。

14. 完成上级分派的其它工作。
