1.Remove all stains before and after the dry cleaning process.
 在干水洗前后都应去除衣物上的污迹。
2.Test fabric dyes to ensure that fabric will not be damaged by dry cleaning solvent.
测试并确定衣物的颜色不会被干水洗液损坏并剥落。
3.Sort items according to colour and degree of soil.
按照衣物的颜色分类洗涤。
4.Ensure the daily upkeep and maintenance of the dry cleaning area before, after and during duty hours.
确保在工作前后和工作中干水洗区域的每日保养及清洁。
5.Sort and arrange dry cleaning items that need to be pressed.
分类及安排好干洗衣物的熨烫。
6.Check and maintain the distillations of dry cleaning solvent daily.  Filter the solvent as often as necessary.
每日检查干洗油是否有必要蒸馏,经常过滤干洗液。
7.Clean and maintain the filter tank base monthly, with the assistance of an engineering technician.
每月与工程部技术人员一同清洁和保养蒸油缸。
                 i.       Clean distill and distill tank twice a week.
每月两次清洁油过滤网。
                ii.       Filter and distill the solvent as many times as possible.
有必要时需要滤油。
8.Re-check guest items / uniforms for tears, missing buttons, damaged zipper, stains, etc., before they dry cleaning process begins.
在洗涤前检查客衣,工衣的破损,钮扣遗失,拉链损坏及污迹,并做处理。
9.Maintain reasonable stock of stain-removing products and dry cleaning solvent stock.
保证正常的去迹药水和干洗剂的仓库储存量。
10.Count and check garments and record production figures on the daily production sheet.
清点及检查洗衣,并在每日生产记录单上记录。
