Part of Zhejiang Yuexiu University of Foreign Languages, YIHA- Yuexiu Institute of Hospitality Administration is a young, professional and dynamic hotel management school with over 1000 students and over 40 instructors.
YIHA is the only institute in China delivering certificates and double diplomas (Chinese and USA) to its graduates and the teaching is bilingual (Chinese and English) for all courses.
 
YIHA has an application ART BOUTIQUE HOTEL of 83 rooms, 1 Western Restaurant, Conference facilities and a trendy Coffee Shop.
 
We are extending our operations team and we are looking for the following positions:

1岗位职责
1. 1采购准备及处理
处理各部门递交的每日市场清单。
通过积极的市场调查，获取有竞争优势的投标，在满足送货期、产品质量、产品数量等要求的前提下，根据情况选择最低价格商品。对至少三个供应商或系统首选供应商进行竞标筛选。
获得不同供应商报价并确保无私及有可比性。
与供应商电话联系或面谈拜访，获得当前或未来供应商有关新产品、折扣、促销、互惠等信息，并报告给总经理。
持续跟进价格变化并告知相关部门，定期更新采购系统。
确保所有送货及时，跟进未完成订单及未送达货物。
遵循酒店政策及程序使用采购资金，基于‘货到付款’的原则支付货款。
1.2跟进采购后事宜
与库房主管和使用部门协作，参考使用量、目前存货量、采购周期和其他情况制定续订量。
维护完整的产品信息资料，包括所有设备和物品规格、报价单、目录、图片和样品。
处理采购问题，如未到货、迟供货、劣质、服务不佳、价格变动等等。
1.3沟通及会议
协助寻求供应商赞助酒店大型活动。
熟悉所有海外采购所需进口程序、资料文件、报关要求。
参加相关会议。
1.4其他
对来自行业、公司及酒店方面要求的职能改变及时做出调整配合。
提供有礼貌的专业的服务，保持与酒店同事良好的工作关系。
完全了解酒店员工手册，并遵守其中章程规定。
服从其他工作安排。
2  任职要求
2.1具有良好的职业道德和敬业精神，工作细致、认真，保守秘密。能团结同事，工作中能建立良好的人际关系。具有五星级酒店采购主管工作经验3年以上。
 
Applicants should have:
 
- Minimum 2 years proven hotel experience at the corresponding position
- Working experience in 4 or 5 star hotel properties
- English language competence
- Equivalent Professional Education and Degree (Will be considered extra asset)
-  Proven competency as a “hospitality trainer” is an asset
