布草房督导
U&L Supervisor

Control uniform and linen inventory

       有关制服和布草的盘点。

 

a.        Maintain and control Rooms, Food and Beverage linen and uniform inventory.

            对客房部和餐饮部的布草和制服进行盘点。

  • Prepare monthly report of discarded, condemned linen and uniform and submit to the Assistant Housekeeper.

    每月布草和制服的保废数量应记录在册,并上报给客房部副经理。

  • Report to the Assistant Housekeeper abuse of Food and Beverage, and Rooms linen and uniform immediately.

    若发生酒店布草和制服被人为损坏应立即通知客房部副经理。

    iii.       Prepare requisition order to replace condemned Rooms, Food and Beverage linen and uniforms with the approval of the Executive Housekeeper to maintain par level.

                为防止酒店布草和制服因报废而发生数量不够周转,应及时填写采购单,并向客房行政管家报批。

     

    b.        Initiate and conduct stock taking according to approved procedures. Coordinate and take charge of Rooms and Food and Beverage linen stock taking quarterly.

      每季度负责对客房和餐饮的布草进行一次盘点。

  • Conduct monthly stock taking of guest and cleaning supplies.

    参与月度客用品及清洁用品的盘点工作。

  • Uniform stock taking to be done monthly.

    制服例行清点也应每月进行一次。 

    2.   Ensure adequate and cost effective provision of uniform and related items

           确保制服及相关物品有足够的数量用于周转,同时注意控制成本。

    a.        Ensure torn and damaged linen and uniforms are forwarded immediately to tailors and seamstresses for repair. Report damage or loss of linen and uniform to the Assistant Housekeeper .

                确保损坏的布草和制服能得到及时修补,应向客房部副经理汇报情况。

    b.        Recycle Housekeeping, Food and Beverage linen accordingly. Supervise uniform repair work.

                根据需要更换客房和餐饮部布草,同时指导制服修补工作。

     

  • Maintain an updated record of uniforms/linen and supplies issued and condemned.

    对制服和布草及其他物品发出和报废记录应随时更新。

    3.   Ensure operational efficiency of the section.

           确保工作区域的工作效率。

  • Schedule, supervise, guide and manage all staff in the Linen/Uniform room. 制定制服间员工的工作时间表,指导及管理员工的工作。

  • Check daily issuance of uniform, linen and supplies. Ensure policies and procedures in issuance are followed.

  • Ensure Linen / Uniform staff follow procedures in the issuance of replacement of replacement linen and supplies to the Floors and to the Food and Beverage restaurants and  outlets.

    保证制服间员工能按程序发放布草给客房和餐饮部。

  • Ensure that uniform issuance is according to approved policies and procedures and time schedules in order to maintain efficient and smooth service.

    为保证服务质量,应督促制服间员工按制度及时间表发放制服。

  • Report to the Assistant Housekeeper any loss of uniform in any departments.

    若发生制服遗失情况应向客房部副经理汇报。

  • Ensure schedule of issuing uniforms is strictly followed to maintain efficient and smooth service.

    确保制服分发的时间能得到严格遵守。

  • Ensure Linen / Uniform staff follow procedures regarding acceptance / inspection of linen and uniforms coming from the laundry.

    对洗衣房送来的干净布草制服,应让制服间员工仔细检查后接收。

  • Evaluate, counsel and discipline staff whenever necessary.

    必要时,应对下属员工进行辅导帮助。

  • Motivate and evaluate staff behaviour and performance regularly.

    经常鼓励员工好的工作表现。

  • Give commendations and counsel staff, if necessary, to achieve the goal and objectives of Housekeeping Department.

    必要时,对个别员工进行谈心,以达到客房部的服务标准。

  • Reprimand and issue misconduct notice and recommend dismissal to the Assistant Housekeeper, if necessary.

    如有必要,应向客房部副经理建议对相关员工进行必要的处罚直至开除。

  • Receive and check all deliveries of linen, uniforms and other housekeeping supplies from the different suppliers to ensure that the requirements are met, approve and sign sales invoices and submit them to the Director of Services for final approval prior to submission to the receiving section for documentation.

    对供货商送来的布草、制服及其他物品进行验收,以确保所收货物合乎标准,同时在收货联上签名,并汇总到客房总监处存档。

  • Keep sufficient supply of uniform buttons, white and gloves, needles and threads, and extra bow ties.

    在仓库中储备足够的备品,诸如钮扣、手套等以备临时急需之用。

    4.        Review the up keeping of inventory including Rooms linen, Food and Beverage linen and all uniforms.

           负责对所有客房和餐饮的布草及酒店制服进行盘点。

    a.     Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness and tidiness of the Linen/ Uniform room.

    保证制服间工作的干净整洁。

    i.  Ensure shelves are clean and dusted daily.

        所有存放搁板每日均需打扫。

  • Ensure floor and walls are free from dust dirt, grime and smudges.

    墙面和地面都应保持整洁无灰尘。

  • Polish floor regularly, aircon vents / exhaust to be cleaned regularly to prevent accumulation of dust.

    地面应经常打蜡,空调通风口也要经常清扫。

  • Linen and uniforms to be arranged and poled neatly and orderly.

    布草和制服都应被堆放整齐。

  • All uniforms should be marked, labelled and hung according to department and position.

    根据部门和职位的区别存放制服,制服也应被正确标号。

  • Rooms and Food and Beverage linen should be piled according to size, colour and specification.

    布草则根据尺寸、颜色的不同分别码放。

  • Linen room shelves should be properly labeled.

    制服间的所有搁栅均应被标注存放的种类。

     

    b.        Ensure all deliveries of new linen and uniform and supplies undergo quality control according to approved procedures.

                确保所有接收的新布草和制服及相关物品均符合有关质量标准。

     

    c.        Check daily, weekly and monthly Function and Banquet event orders for special request concerning linen. Ensure any special request for these special functions are coordinated / discussed with concerned departments immediately.

      查看宴会活动的日报表、周报表和月报表,以保证这些活动都有足够的布草,如遇特殊要求,应同相关部门进行协调。

     

    d.        Develop and train staff.

        发展和引导培训员工。

  • Ensure shelves are clean and dusted daily.

    负责所有制服间员工的入职培训及其他相关培训。

  • Assist the Assistant Housekeeper in conducting interviews, whenever necessary.

    如有必要,协助客房副经理完成入职面试工作。

  • Check on subordinates attendance, punctuality and duty  roster daily.

    每日须查看员工的排班表和签到记录。

  • Train staff on proper policies and procedures, to follow, to carry out their duties and responsibilities efficiently and effectively.

    引导下属员工遵章守纪,以提高他们的工作效率和责任感。

     

    e.        Act on all decisions and programs of the Director of Services.

    有效地协助客房服务总监的工作。

  • Ensure all staff understand policies and procedures of the JW Marriott Shanghai and the Housekeeping Department.

    确保下属员工均能理解酒店和部门的规章制度。

  • Update and inform staff of any changes in existing policies and procedures.

    若规章制度有变化应及时通知部门员工。

  • Train Linen/ uniform attendants to sort out linen and uniform according to the outlets.

    如发生外卖的情况,应指导制服间员工对相关布草和制服进行分类整理。

     

    f.         Investigate complaints regarding issuance of linen or uniforms within the department and other department.

    若有任何有关布草和制服分发方面的投诉,应予以调查处理。

  • Be patient, calm and professional in handling guest and employee complaints regarding tailoring/ seamstress service, linen and uniform issuance.

    对布草制服分发和裁缝服务的投诉,应换位思考,冷静处置。

  • Gather facts and rectify problems immediately. Ensure the same complaint will not happen again in the future.

    对待投诉应抱就事论事的态度迅速处理问题,同时要采取措施,以防相同问题再次发生。

  • Notify the Assistant Housekeeper regarding complaints immediately, if necessary.

    发生投诉后应向客房部副经理汇报。

     

    g.        Perform the functions of a Secretary/ Order Taker when needed.

                如有需要,应能代理秘书/接收员工作。

     

    h.        Follow strictly all Hotel, Laundry and Housekeeping Department policies and procedures to be able to perform duties and responsibilities efficiently and effectively.

                严格执行酒店、客房部和洗衣房的相关规章制度,以期有良好的工作表现和工作责任感。

    i.          Ensure all linen/ uniform staff are aware of hotel emergency, safety and emergency procedures.

                确保每个制服布草员都执行酒店相关的紧急、安全和杀虫程序

    j.          Maintain personal grooming as per Hotel’s standard, to project an efficient, professional, neat and tidy appearance to hotel guests and set an example to subordinates.

                按酒店要求,注意自身的仪容仪表,以期以一个干练、专业、整洁的职业行家展现给客人,并成为这方面的表率。

     

  • Emphasize good personal behaviour, as per guidelines laid down in the Employee Handbook and promote the spirit of teamwork, whenever and wherever possible.

    无论何时何地,以员工手册的具体规定规范个人的行为表现,以体现出团队合作精神。
