As directed by the Marketing & Communications Manager , responsible in the design and artwork production of the hotel’s collateral material and other graphic work that are required and relevant to sales & promotions of hotel products and services.
按照市场传媒经理的指示，负责设计、美工制作、酒店宣传用品、市场推广以及与酒店服务有关的宣传品设计。
Coordinates between the hotel and its suppliers to ensure all works are in line with IHG standard and are completed on time.
负责供应商与酒店之间的沟通，确保所有出品准时完成，并符合洲际酒店集团标准。
Assists the Marketing & Communications Manager with all daily responsibilities and special tasks as directed.
协助市场传媒经理日常工作和分配下的特别任务。
Develops design and artwork according to corporate standards for hotel collateral and advertisement.
按照酒店宣传品和广告的标准制作美工设计。
Provides technical support to the Marketing & Communications Manager in regards to designs of all collateral and advertisement.
为市场传媒部经理提供所有宣传品和广告的设计方面的技术支持。
Prepares a weekly activity report for the Marketing & Communications Manager.
准备每周工作报告致市场传媒部经理。
Maintains the image of the Hotel.
维护酒店形象。
Attends promotional events in the hotel.
参加酒店促销活动。
Works with the Marketing & Communications Manager to ensure optimum image is obtained for all hotel collateral, advertisement and exposures etc.
与市场传媒部经理合作，确保在所有酒店宣传品、广告及媒体报道都给饭店带来最优良的形象宣传。
领导安排的其他工作。

Required Skills –

技能要求

Knowledge and experience in Internet and e-commerce.
具备互联网及电子商务方面的知识。
Ability to use computer graphic, photo imaging, publishing and editing software.
使用电脑平面设计，相片处理、印刷编辑软件。
Good writing skill.
良好的写作技能。
Able to speak, read and write English.
具有说，读和写英语的能力。

Qualifications –

学历

Undergraduate degree from an accredited university.
本科学历

Experience –

经验

2—3 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
2—3年相关工作经验或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。
