岗位职责（该职位为工程部负责人）
1.制定工程部的组织机构和管理运行模式，使其操作快捷合理。
2.总结归纳运行和维修、制定和审定设备设施及建筑装潢的预防性维修计划.
3.负责工程部的节支运行、跟踪，控制水、电、油、等的消耗并严格控制维修费用。
4.根据营业情况和气候及市场能源价格情况，提出节能运行的计划和运行维修费用预算。
5.负责协调和酒店相关的市政工程等业务部门的关系，以获得良好的外部环境。
6.审定员工培训计划，定期对员工进行业务技能、服务意识、基本素质的培训。

岗位要求
1.大专以上文化程度；5年以上工作经验。
2.必须掌握机电工程设计基础知识、熟悉电子通讯设备、计算机、暖通、空调、给排水设备、电梯等的使用和维护管理，熟悉基建、环境保护、安全生产、劳动保护方面的政策与法规。
3.能充分领会总经理的经营意图，正确处理上下级之间、部门之间的关系，并能组织指挥工程部各项工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。
4.有强烈的事业心责任感，有较强的自学能力和适应性，秉公办事，不谋私利
