职位描述

1.   Plans and supervises the day to day operations of the banquet service activities to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, standards and aiming at satisfying and exceeding the clients' expectations. 
      督导宴会部的日常工作和服务,以确保各项政策、程序和标准的正常运作以满足和超越客户的期望为目标。

2.   Establishes and reviews the standards of performance, in line with the operating concept of the restaurant, which contribute to an attentive and distinctive experience that leaves our clients inspired. 
      定期监控和审查宴会的服务标准以满足顾客的独特需求。
3.   Participates in the selection of all reporting staff.  Motivates them to bring about excellent performance, enforces discipline when required and evaluates their performance once a year.
      参加所有员工的甄选工作。激励员工并使其发挥完美的工作表现,并在必要时对他们进行的绩效评估。
4.   Identifies the training needs, assists in the development of a training plan and the implementation of the training activities and follows up to ensure compliance and their effectiveness.  At times, conducts training.

5.   Organizes and monitors banquet set up and service with relevant departments as per event order and guests requirements, schedules staff accordingly, controlling labor costs and minimizing overtime payment. 
      组织和监督宴会的摆设和服务,并与相关部门就宴会情况和顾客的要求,安排相应的服务人员,并控制劳动成本和加班费用。

6.   Inspects banquet areas to ensure that the physical facilities and equipments are well kept and that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, by coordinating the cleaning and maintenance and arranging for repairs and other services such as linen laundering, plants servicing.
      定时检查宴会部的设施及设备并确保所有的设备运转正常和安全及定期清洁、保养维修。

7.   Maintains high visibility during function event in order to ensure smooth running of outlets, promotes good public relations, takes corrective actions and handles customers’ complaints to ensure their satisfaction.
      保持高度集中,以确保宴会的顺利进行,促进良好的公共关系,纠正员工的错误行为和处理客户的投诉,以确保他们得到满意的回复。
8.   Coordinates the service activities with the kitchen on order to achieve a timely delivery of food whilst ensuring effective communication.
      与厨房建立有效的沟通,同时确保食品及时的送达。
9.   Manages and controls stock from the beverage / bar operation effectively ensuring pars are respected.
      管理和控制足够的库存以便运作的需要。
10.   Anticipates and maintains all materials and supplies ensuring their availability.  Controls usage of all food items and appropriate usage of equipments, tools and service equipments ensuring all equipments is used in a correct and safe manner.
        预期并保持所有的物料和用品的有效期。确保所有食品、生产设备、工具和服务设备的正确和安全使用。

11.   Monitors operating expenses to ensure the cost of sale is in line with the annual budget.
        监控营运开支,以确保销售成本与预算一致。
12.   Keeps abreast of all emergency procedures, hotel promotions, product knowledge, VIP arrivals, upcoming events and brief direct subordinates accordingly so that they are able to anticipate and answer clients' requests and questions.
        确保对所有应急程序、产品促销、产品知识、重要客人、宴会和员工的了解,以便能答复他们的要求和问题。

13.Maintains efficient filing system for all banquets documents, including event order, run sheets, floor plans, etc.
        保存所有宴会文件,包括宴会通知、排班表、平面图。

14.   Accomplishes a set of administrative duties such as leading and attending meeting, writing reports, maintaining a logbook and other specific duties related to the job function. 
        完成设定的行政职务,如主持和参加会议、撰写报告、工作日志和工作职责相关的文件。

15.   Knows the Food and Beverage and Hotel Product
        充分了解餐饮及酒店产品知识。
