1.行政Administration

a.在接下来的三个月内按市场细分产生每日预测。 

 Produce a daily forecast by market segment for the next three months.

b.定期购买竞争对手的销售价格,以便将来制定战略。 

 Shop competitors' selling rate regularly for future strategy development.

c.确保小组费率准则已经到位。

 Ensure group rate guidelines are in place.

d.根据管理层的说明制作报告。 

 Produce reports as outlined by management.

e.参与每个销售经理的营销总监和销售总监的季度帐户审查。 

 Participate in the quarterly account review with Director of Marketing and Director of Sales for each Sales Manager.

f.积极参与年度房间收入预算。

 Actively involved in annual rooms revenue budget.

g.对于拥有自动收入管理系统的酒店,维护和管理系统。 

 For hotels with automated revenue management system, maintain and manage the system.

2.Revenue Management 收益管理

a.主持每周与收益委员会的收入会议,包括但不限于总经理,常驻经理,销售和营销总监,活动总监,预订经理,前台经理和财务总监,以审查和制定未来3个月的REVPAR最大化策略。

 Chair weekly Revenue Meeting with Yield Committee which includes but not limit to General Manager, Resident Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of Events, Reservations Manager, Front Office Manager and Financial Controller to review and develop REVPAR maximization strategies for the next 3 months on monthly basis.

b.参加每月预测会议,审查和开发未来12个月的客房细分预测。

 Attend monthly Forecast Meeting to review and develop Rooms segmentation forecast for the next 12 months.

c.研究以前的表现并确定提高预测准确性的趋势

 Study previous performance and identify trends for improving forecast accuracy.

d.检讨房价定价策略以确保它们反映市场状况和竞争环境 

 Review room rate pricing strategy to ensure that they reflect the market conditions and competitive environment.

e.在高需求时期设置限制策略。根据提货,需求和竞争行为提高或降低房价水平。  

 Set strategy for restrictions during high demand periods. Increase or lower room rates level based on pick up, demand and competitive actions.

f.确保有效利用诸如“最短逗留时间(MLOS)”,“接近抵达(CTA)”,“最短逗留时间(MST)”等收入策略。 

 Ensure that revenue strategies such as “Minimum Length of Stay (MLOS)”, “Close To Arrival (CTA)”, “Minimum Stay Through (MST) are effectively utilized.

g.通过审查GDS,第三方互联网站点和品牌网站的性能和信息,寻找与电子分配相关的收入机会。

 Look for eDistribution related revenue opportunities by reviewing performance and information on GDS, Third Party Internet sites, and Branded website.

h.确保所有公开可用的网站符合率平价。

 Ensure rate parity is in compliance on all publicly available sites.


任职要求 Qualification

1.具有统计学,工商管理或市场营销学位。

Degree in statistics, business administration or marketing.

2.在收入管理方面有3 - 5年的丰富经验,或至少有2年以上的酒店管理层的经验。

3-5 years’ solid experience in Revenue Management or Reservations of a luxury hotel with at least 2 years in Supervisory level or above.
