职位描述 Job description

1.报告、信件、备忘录的编写，传递宴会预定信息及其他部门相关信息，文件的存档。

Type reports, letters, and memorandum, circularize event order, forms and other communications and maintain files of it.

2.详细做好会议记录，与上级保持日常基本的沟通及替其作好备忘工作。翻译所需文件，

保持部门文档更新。

Take down and transcribe minutes of meetings and dictations. Draft routine or simple correspondence and memorandum for approval of superior. Translate documents as necessary and keep files up to date.

3.接听电话，处理相关查询问题及记录留言。

Answer and place telephone calls, handle inquiries, take messages and endorse to concern.

4.招待电话访客，接待到访客人，对其进行适当的安排。

Receive, screen and refer office callers and visitors coming to appropriate personnel.

5.替助理餐饮总监安排预约行程并提醒其时间表及会议时间。

Arrange appointments for Director of F&B and remind on schedules and meetings.

6.对收到的信进行拆封，阅读，分类及记录，转交给相关收件人。提醒他们需要立即关注的信件。发出并记录外埠邮件。

Open, read, sort and record incoming mail, forward to concerned persons. Inform them which need their immediate attention. Dispatch and record outgoing mail.

7.保持充足的办公室物资的存货，进行适当的采购。

Maintain adequate stock of necessary office supplies, initiate requisitions for approval.

8.准备采购单并跟进相关程序。

Prepare Purchase Request and follow up status.

9.确保适当的行政文件管理归档。

Maintain adequate filing system for administrative files.

10.告知任何关于各部门的变化或更改。

Inform about changes in each outlet, if any.

11.完成餐饮部员工的考勤表并递交给统计部门统计。

Prepare attendance sheets of F&B colleagues and submit them to Accounting (payroll).

12.完成其他可能需要执行的职责。

Perform other duties as may be assigned.

任职要求 Qualification

1.大学专科或以上学历。

Junior college degree and above.

2.至少一年以上餐饮部工作经验。

Minimum 1 year working experience in Food and Beverage department.
