职位描述 Job description

1.贯彻执行安全保卫工作的方针、政策和有关法律法规、建立健全各项安全保卫制度、督促、检查各项制度的执行；

Carry out guideline, policy, and concerned law of safety work, build up all kinds of safety rule, and monitor each rules would be carry out.

2.加强对酒店员工的法律宣传、教育和消防培训，从而提高员工的法纪观念和消防安全意识，并加深对安全保卫工作的重视和认识；

Enhance the law propaganda, education and fire fighting training for staff in order to improve law and discipline conception and fire fighting consciousness of staff, and enhance cognition of fire fighting.

3.调查在酒店内发生的安全事故和客人有关安全方面的投诉，并妥善作出处理；

To investigate safety accident and complain from guest will happened in hotel, and then handle them reasonable.

4.定期组织检查酒店的安全、消防设施设备，发现隐患提出整改意见，并督促相关部门及时作出整改；

To organize safety inspection and fire fighting system inspection for hotel, if any hidden dangers were found, which should be given the rectify comments, and then monitor concerned Dept. to rectify it as soon as possible.

5.以酒店的要害部位为重点，加强安全管理，完善并落实各类安全防范措施，预防各类安全事故的发生；

Enhance safety management of hotel key area; carry out all kind of safety prevention measure, to prevent any safety accidents happening.

6.加强酒店内部安全管理，维护好内部秩序；

Enhance hotel safety management for protecting hotel operation in good order.

7.搞好与其它部门之间的协调工作；

Keep good communication with each dept.

8.负责本部门员工的选拔、聘用、教育、培训、考核，奖惩等管理工作；

In charge of selection, retaining, education, training, examination, rewards and punishment of staff.

9.执行和完成酒店总经理、驻店经理、行政委员会、上级公安机关、消防业务主管部门交办的有关安全工作方面的其它任务。

Responds for other duties and responsibility arranged by GM, Excom, police bureau and fire fighting bureau.

任职要求 Qualification

1.高中以上文化程度。

Senior high school.

2.五年以上五星级涉外酒店保卫工作管理经验。

Security management experience in 5 stars hotel more than 5 years.
