职位描述 Job Description

1.在规划和执行战略方案，预算和KPO（目标计划）时，协助提供财务指导。

Assists in providing financial guidance in the formulation and implementation of Strategic Plan, Budget and KPO’s (Goals Program)

2.协助执行和审核财务管理和财务制度。

Assists in implementing and reviewing financial controls and policies

3.协助分析财务和管理报告。

Assists in the analysis of financial and management reports

4.采用正确的内部管理程序以确保付款程序的正确审批权限。

Employs adequate internal control procedures to ensure correct authorization for payment procedures.

5.协助内部审计和外部审计的管理工作。

Assists in the management of internal and external audits when they occur

6.为管理层提供关于政策执行，业务建议和运营协助的行政管理支持。

Provides administrative support to Management with reference to policy enforcement, business advice and operational assistance

7.确定培训需要，与其它部门合作制定正式培训计划，对财务和运营人员进行培训。

Identifies training needs, develops formal training plans and conducts training sessions for accounting and operational staff in coordination with other departments

8.执行月度检查和测试，确保所有部门按规定遵守相关的程序。Conducts monthly inspections and tests to ensure all departments are complying with required procedures

9.通过编制月度对账单并进行相应的账目调整，控制资产负债表的所有科目并協助每月进行会计对帐工作，审批会计对帐表。

Controls all balance sheet accounts by preparation of monthly account reconciliations and actions accordingly and Assists in ensuring all accounts are reconciled on monthly basis, review and approve those reconciliation’s

10.特别审查应付账款余额以确保其准确性，采取措施保证在90或120天内结清相应款项。执行应付账款的登记系统。

Specifically reviews the accounts payable balance to ensure accuracy and proposes action and follow up to be taken to ensure a clear balance with limited over 90/120 day amounts and Maintain a filing system for accounts payable records.

任职要求 Qualification

1.会计，财务或相关专业的学士学。。

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

2.会计从业资格证

Accountants practise qualification certificates.

3.3年酒店会计工作经历，或与此相当的教育和相关的工作经验结合的背景。

3 years in hotel accounting or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
