职位描述 Job description

1.贯彻执行安全保卫工作的方针、政策和有关法律法规。

Carry out Security P & P, concerned rule of law.

2.建立健全部门管理制度及工作标准。

Build up departmental management P & P and standard.

3.协助部门经理强化内部管理，加强队伍建设。

To assist department head consolidate internal management, enhance teamwork.

4.及时了解和掌握员工思想状态及工作情况。

To know the notion and working situation of staff.

5.负责安排部门培训工作，不断提高员工业务技能及对客服务意识。

Take charge of departmental training, to improve job skill and service consciousness of staff.

6.协助经理落实和强化酒店安全防范工作，减少各类刑事、治安案件的发生，杜绝火灾责任事故。

To assist department head carry out hotel safety work, reduce happening of law case, to stop happening of fire.

7.做好各类接待任务的安全警卫工作，合理布置警卫力量。

Do the safety guard of big event well, to deploy the quarters reasonable.

8.指导、监督班组管理工作。

Lead and monitor management work of guard panel.

9.完成部门经理交办的其它工作任务。

To accomplish other mission arranged by department head.

任职要求 Qualifications

1.高中以上文化程度

Senior high school.

2.四年以上星级酒店保卫管理工作经验。

4 years Security management experience of high standard hotel.
