Position Summary职位概述

The Sales Manager handles groups less than 10 guestrooms, as well as the catering in house. Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales in coordination with the Director of Business Development, implements all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in his/her specific area of responsibility.

Implements all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.

Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. accounts.

Assists the Senior Sales Manager and DOS in the forecasting of rooms’ revenue and ATR for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. / LSG (Long Staying Guests) groups.

Attends major travel functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms, catering, and other facilities and services) for the hotel.

Get known all information of competitors, such as rate, top accounts and production, room, F&B and events, and report to DOS regularly.

Work together and close communication with Banquet Sales Team to keeps updated with client relationships and overall business goals through regular entertainment and some activation.

To meet and welcome some top key accounts, group organizer and VIP guests upon check-in.

Take responsibility to conduct hotel inspection for all walk in, meeting group and contracted clients and plan next step for future follow .

Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales, telephone, fax, and written communications.

To negotiate with accounts on banquet, outside catering events and coordinate with Banquet Department and follow-up revisions.

Develops increased room nights as well as Banquet revenue.
拓展增加住房产量，并同时增加宴会收入。
Maintains close communication with the Banquet Sales Team in the negotiation process of their accounts.
在与客户沟通及谈判过程中，保持与宴会销售人员的及时沟通。
