·  负责酒店工作人员的五险一金。
·  负责办理外籍工作人员的相关工作证件。
·  收集并检查每月帮工和外包员工的考勤和制作相应工资表。
·  收集并检查人事变动表，并保持相关人事变动在系统内的更新。
·  跟进每月通过试用期的员工。
·  准备每月人事变动的相关通知并张贴在布告栏。
·  每月月底盘点当月工伤报告。
·  每月月底盘点当月药品使用。
·  协助人才与文化经理收集公共假期值班表。

·  In charge of the housing fund and social insurance,ensure them are conducted smoothly .

· Handle visa forexpatriate ambassadors, ensure allworking visa and working permit are valid.

· Check monthly attendance record for part time helpers and out sources staff, calculate and trace monthly salary to them.

· Collect and record personnel movement application and updatethe movement in manning system.

· Traceambassador probation according to monthly Probation Remind List.

· Prepare personnel movement poster monthly and post it out in notice board at end ofmonth.

· Prepare monthly injury on duty report and submit it to Superior before the en ofmonth.

· Be responsiblefor monthly clinic inventory and submit report to Superior at end of month.

· Assist T&C Mgr. to collect department public holiday duty roster.
