岗位职责/职位描述

 

a.  Formulate marketing plan annually with the Assistance from sales team.

b.DOSM outlines rate structures, discount policies, special promotional packages and activities; work closely with F& B Manager in outlining Banquet and Meeting sales targets, rates and sales operational procedures.

 c.  Work closely with regional sales office and sister hotels for proper positioning and  maximum international and regional bookings.

d.  Make both long and short-term plans, identifying markets and customers according   

 to marketing plan.

e.  Source, interview and select staff for setting up of sales & marketing team, fulfilling specific jobs and provide job description for each post.

f.   Provide training module, conducting comprehensive and on – going training to sales   

team for highest standard performance in the market.  Drawing training plan on

monthly and annual basis to ensure making the Sales and Marketing team the most

competent.

g.Direct each division as Sales, Reservations and MARCOM to meet objective and  targets.

-     Conduct yield management for maximum revenue;

-    Promote and sell hotel to be the most popular meeting/banquet venue while

concentrating on room sales, maximally utilize all the meeting/function rooms and  

         achieve the highest revenue desired and targeted;

-    Direct Reservations with training and prompt information on rates/ packages/changes for proper and efficient services to ensure maximum bookings.

h.Direct MARCOM to promote hotel effectively and efficiently both domestically or internationally and all productions do meet with the requirement of Accor standard and specifications.

i. Organize and submit weekly sales report to the general manager.

j. Ensure that all new clients have no negative credit references.

k. Provide ongoing sales direction to subordinate staff by implementing the joint call

program and providing guidance and direction on the development and execution of

customer interviews and action plans.

l. Submit production reports on a monthly basis.

m. Prepare and administers the hotel Sales Department budget on a monthly basis.

n.Ensure that all commercial reporting for Accor head offices is handled with efficiency   

 

and accuracy, meet all dealings without excuse.



a.   同销售团体成员一起制定年销售计划;

b.   市场营销总监制定价格策略、优惠政策、特别促销套价及活动与餐饮部紧密合作,确定宴会、会议的销售目标、价格及程序;

c.   与区域销售办公室及兄弟酒店紧密合作,确立酒店在市场的地位,以从地区及国际多方取得最大限度的客房预定;

d.   制定长期和短期计划,认识市场和顾客;

e.   寻找、面试、选择新成员以建立市场销售队伍,填充具体的工作岗位,并为每一职位提供工作职责概述;

f.   提供培训素材,积极引导,继续培训销售队伍,创建市场上的最好业绩。在制定月销售计划及年销售计划的基础上确保销售队伍最具竞争力;

g.   指导销售人员、预订人员熟悉目的与目标;

-    通过建立横向销售管理手段以争取最大利润;

-    在加强房间销售的同时,向热点会议、宴会推销酒店。最大限度地利用会议及多功能厅的设施设备,以取得所预计的最高目标;

-    领导并培训预订人员,收集关于房价、套餐及市场变化的信息,为达到最广泛的预订系提供完善与高效的服务;

h.   指导市场传讯人员高速高效地在国内外推销符合雅高公司标准的酒店产品;

i.   组织并提交每周销售报告给总经理;

j.   确保所有新客户均无没有信用的记录;

k.   通过执行销售拜访计划、对客户拜访及实施计划提出建议,为下属提供指导;

l.   每月提交自己的客户总结报告;

m.   制定并控制酒店销售部的每月预算;

 

n.   确保所有提交给雅高总部的商业报告都按要求快速准确完成;
