· Competent in the hotel’s sales and catering systems not limited to Opera.

· Acquire revenues predominantly for Rooms, Catering & Banquet, Food & Beverage revenue and Wellness, mainly focus on Rooms and Banquet revenue to achieve the target.

为房务,会议及宴会，餐饮以及水疗获得营业收入，主要针对房务和会议收入的实现目标。

· Competent in the revenue generation processes by Yield and Revenue Management with Director of Sales & Marketing.

· Understand the dynamics of competing hotels, assigned or otherwise, to optimise positive and reverse negative impacts on our business strategies.

· Understand the total revenue impact of accounts on the hotel for better negotiation and yielding opportunities.

· Assist Director of Sales & Marketing to establish a comprehensive, current and guest focused set of departmental standards and procedures and oversee their implementation.

· Develop training program designed to meet the needs of the Sales team.
