ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  主要工作职责：
1.           The ability to lay out goals and develop strategies to accomplish said goals.
2.          The ability to forecast necessary staffing and its related dollar expenditure to get the job done.
3.          To establish and follow up on standard, sequence of service and service procedure.
4.          To supervise the consistency of quality and efficiency of food, beverage and service.
5.          To maintain a friendly yet unobtrusive manner with all guests.
6.          To establish beverage bible to be used in all beverage service areas.
7.          To ensure all beverages recipe have been followed without failed in all area.
8.          The ability to ensure all bars carrying the correctly stock according to par level.
9.          The ability to write report on daily sale and conduct month end inventory.
10.        To posses management ability.
11.         To communicate with the Chef and Food and Beverage Manager to discuss menus, snack menu, drink list marketing strategies and guest comments and concerns.
12.        To promote team work and foster a harmonious working climate.
13.        To promote good public relation and handle complaints or concerns of guests.
14.        To recognize and address potential intoxicated disruptive or undesirable guests.
15.        To promote cleanliness environment in all guest area.
16.        The ability to continually be aware of departmental needs as they relate to production and staffing.
17.        The ability to forecast workloads and checks work schedules prepared by subordinate managers for all restaurant employees.
18.        The ability to assist Food and Beverage manager  in developing job descriptions and reviewing them periodically to ensure their continuing understanding and acceptance.
19.        The ability to conduct the initial and continual training of all new and current food and beverage service employees.
20.       The ability to control standards, performance, employees' conduct, dress code, appearance, sanitation, etc., according to established policies.
21.        The ability to formulate and recommend changes to improve employees' performance and teamwork.
22.       The ability to complete and review employee’s performance.
23.       The ability to keep employees informed about resort policies and changes.  Develops analyses and implements merchandising that meet the profile of Aman Resort and guest patronage. 
24.       Manages and controls overall expenses of the outlets focusing on higher revenue and profit.

16，能够不断地意识到部门需求与生产和人员配置相关。
17，预测工作负载，检查餐厅员工准备的工作时间表。
18，协助餐饮部经理制定工作描述，定期审核，以确保他们继续理解和接受。
19，能够对所有新员工和服务员工进行初始和持续的培训。
20，根据制定的政策，控制标准、绩效、员工行为、着装规范、外观、卫生条件等。
21，制定并建议改变，以提高员工的表现和团队精神。
22，完成并审查员工表现的能力。
23，能够让员工了解酒店的政策和变化。发展分析和实施商品的销售，以满足阿曼度假酒店和宾客惠顾的形象。
24，管理和控制门店的整体费用，集中于更高的收入和利润。

 关于养云安缦 About Amanyangyun养云安缦缘起于2002年江西廖坊水库修建。 抚州，旧称临川，江西东部文脉所在，本世纪初廖坊水库的修建让当地村落饱经风霜的明清古宅和大批量的香樟树面临困境。为了避免大树古宅被水淹没，抚州籍企业家马达东先生组织了一场声势浩大的迁徙之旅。一万多棵大树被运往上海重新栽种，其中包括一棵重达80 吨的老樟树。伴随着大树，数十幢老宅被小心翼翼逐一拆分运往上海重新搭建。2009年安缦集团的加入，最终促成了大树古宅以养云安缦的形式重获新生。至此，树宅相守、天地人和。养云安缦毗邻申城繁华腹地，距离上海市中心仅45分钟车程，是一处远离喧嚣的养心之所。13栋复建的明清古宅和24间新建套房坐落于宁静的香樟树林间，为客人提供安缦式的居停下榻体验。除此之外，酒店内还有享誉盛名的安缦水疗、5个餐厅酒吧设施及独特的文化中心“楠书房”Amanyangyun’s story began 700 kilometres away in rural Fuzhou – a cultural heartland in China’s Jiangxi Province, characterised by camphor forests and historic villages. When plans for a much-needed reservoir were approved in 2002, the fate of these remnants of Old China appeared to be sealed, but Fuzhou native and philanthropist, Ma Dadong, was determined to prevent their destruction. He conceived a bold plan to relocate to Shanghai as many Ming and Qing Dynasty villas as possible, as well as 10,000 camphor trees. Aman joined the restoration project in 2009, and today, the completed Amanyangyun includes a comprehensive Aman Spa, a wide variety of restaurants and the cultural centre Nan Shufang.
